The goal ana porpouse of this paper is to examine and describe the development of online methods of recruitmen in last two to three decades. Theme of this paper are online methods of regrutation. Goal of research i to examine how and how much are online methods of recruitment used as an external sources of recruitment, and analise advantages and disadvantages of such methods. Porposuse is to describe curent reach of online methods of recruitment as one of the external sources of regrutation. In this paper it there was used methods of kompilation, synthesis, analysis and description. Main conclusions of this paper are, first, that there are three main methods of online recruitment. Those are, method by using own organization Internet pages, by using profesional Internet pages for employment, and by using social networks for porpouse of online regrutation. The second conclusin is that online methods of regrutation have become modern way of regrutation.
