Food bloggers, whether international or Croatian, bring various recipes from world cuisines. This paper describes Croatian and world blogs, their structure and traditional recipes that the authors transmit. First, the profile of the blogger, their biography, the beginnings of writing a blog, the way they write, and the way the message they send to readers is presented. The analysis aims to determine whether their blogs differ in terms of content, language, and style, and differences between Croatian and international bloggers are also observed, especially in engagement on social networks. The central part of the work compares the content of world and Croatian food blogs, the way they combine tourism and gastronomy, the process of preparing meals, and photos of published recipes. Since food bloggers often collaborate with food product brands and thus generate income, that segment is also considered in the paper. Finally, the descriptions of dishes and how bloggers try to encourage readers to prepare them themselves are observed.
