Abstract (english) The main theme of this master is the communication between people. The language and speech that enable communication. The aim is to present how the messages (informations) transfer among the members of the same linguistic community. At first, it's explained how the linguistics were being developed as a separate science. Later, the language it's being presented as a linguistic code; the system of the conventional signs and rules which allow the production and transfer of the message to the interlocutor who is familiar with that same code. Chosen linguists in the master gave their opinion on the process of communication. They are: F.de Saussure, Émile Benveniste, Roman Jakobson and John Austin. Comparing them, we can notice their specific characteristics and differences. We can say that all of them have one same thing; they deal with the verbal communication. Finally, a conclusion is given. The communication is the process which consists of sender who does encoding of signs and receiver who does the decoding. This process requires the channel to establish the communication, and the contact, because to transfer the message, it's important that we are being heard by our interlocutor. The message needs to be made in the context and the language has to be understandable.
Uspoređujući ih, primjećujemo njihove specifične karakteristike i razlike.
