Mnogi poduzetnici nemaju dovoljno razvijenu financijsku pismenost, ni dovoljno vremena da bi se bavili računovodstvenim poslovima, ali su oni neizostavan dio poslovanja bilo kojeg poduzeća. ... More to previsok trošak. Zato se odlučuju za outsourcing računovodstvenih usluga. Samozapošljavanje u obliku pokretanja obiteljskog poduzeća za pružanje računovodstvenih i financijskih usluga nudi izvrsnu priliku za ostvarenje dugoročnog, kvalitetnog i fleksibilnog zaposlenja za mlade (žene). Broj računovodstvenih servisa na konkurentskom području Zadarske županije je velik, ali prilikom pregledavanja dostupnih podataka na službenim stranicama poduzeća koja nude računovodstvene i financijske usluge, zamjetan je nedostatak poduzeća koja nude i ostale financijske usluge, posebice nedostatak poduzeća koja nude kombinaciju usluga računovodstva, poslovnog savjetovanja, poslovnog planiranja i pisanja ili pomoći pri prijavljivanju za EU projekte. Također se može primijetiti kako velik broj računovodstvenih servisa ili agencija za financijsko savjetovanje preuzima previše klijenata. Prevelik broj klijenata dovodi do pada kvalitete usluge zato što je sve manje vremena koje zaposlenici mogu posvetiti klijentima koji su im dodijeljeni. Može se zaključiti kako postoji velik potencijal tržišta za računovodstvene usluge. Agencija za računovodstvene i financijske usluge "Registrator" bi u tom pogledu bila unikatno poduzeće na području Zadarske županije, nudeći računovodstvene usluge te porezno i poslovno savjetovanje, kao i usluge pisanja i prijave na natječaj EU projekata te pomoć pri prijavi na EU projekte, sve na jednom mjestu, kao i održavanjem razumnog broja klijenata koji će zaposlenicima omogućiti dovoljno vremena da se posvete klijentima i pruže kvalitetnu uslugu. Za poduzeće ''Registrator'', najveći trošak predstavljaju godišnje bruto plaće za zaposlenike, a poduzeće ostvaruje neto gubitak samo u prvoj godini poslovanja, dok sve ostale promatrane godine ostvaruje dobit. Prihodi i dobit ostvaruju rast tijekom godina, pa se rast istih može pretpostaviti i za budućnost. Poduzetnica ''Registrator'' vidi kao obiteljsko poduzeće sa zadovoljavajućim potencijalom za ostvarivanje primanja za nju i bližeg člana njezine obitelji kao zaposlenika, stoga najveća dobit u petoj godini poslovanja za nju predstavlja jako dobar iznos. Pokazatelji učinkovitosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti i zaduženosti su također u negativnim iznosima za prvu godinu poslovanja kada poduzeće ostvaruje gubitak, ali svih sljedećih godina bilježe pozitivne rezultate i rast. Pokazatelji iz ekonomskog i financijskog tijeka, računovodstvena stopa povrata, neto sadašnja vrijednost projekta, indeks profitabilnosti i povratni period su svi zadovoljavajući, te se kao zaključak može izvući kako je na području Zadarske županije financijski i tržišno opravdano te isplativo otvaranje agencije za računovodstvene i financijske usluge. Less Abstract (english) Accounting represents a very specific knowledge, and the already numerous accounting rules are becoming more and more complex and change frequently. Many entrepreneurs do not have sufficiently developed financial literacy, nor enough time to deal with accounting tasks, but they are an indispensable part of any company's operations. Self-employment by starting a family business for the provision of accounting and financial services offers an excellent opportunity for long-term, quality and flexible employment for young people (women). The number of accounting services in the competitive area of Zadar County is large, but when browsing the available data on the official websites of companies that offer accounting and financial services, there is a noticeable lack of companies that offer other financial services, especially a lack of companies that offer a combination of accounting, business consulting, business planning and writing or help with applying for EU projects. It can also be noticed that many accounting services or financial consulting agencies take on too many clients. Too many clients leads to a decline in the quality of service because there is less and less time that employees can devote to the clients assigned to them. It can be concluded that there is a great market potential for accounting services. The agency for accounting and financial services "Registrator" would be a unique company in Zadar County in this regard, offering accounting services, tax and business consulting, as well as writing and application services for EU project, as well as assistance in applying for EU projects, all in one place, as well as maintaining a reasonable number of clients that will allow employees enough time to devote to clients and provide quality service. For the company "Registrator", the biggest cost is annual gross salaries for employees, and the company makes a net loss only in the first year of operation, while it makes a profit in all other observed years. Revenues and profits grow year after year, so growth can be expected for the future as well. The entrepreneur sees "Registrator" as a family business with a satisfactory potential for generating income for her and a close member of her family as employees, therefore the highest profit in the fifth year of operation represents a very good amount for her. Indicators of efficiency, economy, profitability and indebtedness are also in negative amounts for the first year of operation when the company realizes a loss, but all subsequent years record positive results and growth. Indicators from the economic and financial flow, the accounting rate of return, the net present value of the project, the profitability index and the payback period are all satisfactory, and one can reach a conclusion that in Zadar County it is financially and market justified, as well as profitable to open an agency for accounting and finance services.
