Abstract
Multigeneracijska radna snaga u suvremenim poslovnim organizacijama sastavljena je od četiri generacije, a to su: generacija tradicionalista, Baby Boom generacija, X generacija, Y generacija. Najmlađa peta generacija Z tek se sprema ući na tržište rada. Predmet ovog istraživanja je upravljanje multigeneracijskom radnom snagom kao izuzetno kompleksnim poslom u kojem menadžment ljudskih resursa mora shvatiti različite generacijske radne stavove, navike, ponašanja. Poseban naglasak u ovom istraživanju stavlja se na specifičnosti Y i Z generacije zaposlenika. Svaka generacija zaposlenika ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke koje su oblikovane vremenom u kojem su rođeni i u kojem djeluju. Cilj ovog istraživanja je prikazati kako Y i Z generacija zaposlenika imaju snažan utjecaj na poslovanje suvremene organizacije, dok je svrha ovog istraživanja približiti radne navike dviju novih generacija. Y generacija koja već djeluje u organizacijama te Z generacija koja se tek sprema ući u poslovni svijet visoko je obrazovana, brzo uči, brzo se prilagođava novonastalim promjenama te ima jak osjećaj samopouzdanja. Za ovo istraživanje korišteni su znanstveni i stručni članci, internetski izvori te knjige, a za definiranje rezultata korištene su metode analize i sinteze, induktivno – deduktivna metoda, metoda komparacije, kompilacije i deskripcije. Zaključno, obje generacije vođene su snažnim ambicijama i ciljevima na najvišim razinama te su savršeno bliski sa suvremenom tehnologijom pa su zbog toga ključan elementsuvremenih organizacija.

Multigenerational workforce in the modern bussines organizations is composed of four generations of employees, there are: generation Traditionalists, generation Baby Boomers, generation X, generation Y. The youngest generation Z is making ready to enter in workforce market. The subject of this study is managing of multigenerational workforce as extremly complex work in which human resource management must understand different generational work attitudes, habits, behavior. The special emphasis in this study is on generation Y and generation Z. Each generation of employees has its advantages and disadvantages that are formed by time in which they were born and in which they operate. The goal of this study is to present how Generation Y and generation Z of employees have strong influence on bussines of modern organizations while the purpose of this study is bring closer working habits of new generations. Generation Y, which is already active in organizations and generations Z that is making ready to enter the world of business is highly educated, fast learner, quickly adapt to new changes and has a strong sense of self-confidence. For this study were used scientific and professional articles, Internet resources and books, and to define the results were used methods of analysis and synthesis, inductive - deductive method, comparison, compilation and description. To conclude, both generations are guided by strong ambitions and goals at the highest levels and are perfectly familiar with modern technology so that is the reason why they are the main element of the modern organizations.
