Abstract Uvod: Pravilna i zdrava prehrana jedan je od važnijih čimbenika psihofizičkog razvoja, uravnoteženosti, dobrog zdravlja, mentalne i tjelesne sposobnosti čovjeka. Ona podrazumijeva raznolik, umjeren i uravnotežen unos namirnica kako bi se zadovoljile osnovne energetske potrebe primjerene dobi, spolu, građi, klimatskim uvjetima i radnoj okolini čovjeka. Ponašanje ljudi prilikom odabira hrane uvjetovano je brojnim čimbenicima sociološke ili psihološke prirode. EATMOT (PROJ/CI&DETS/CGD0012)
... More projekt multinacionalna je studija koja se bavi proučavanjem čimbenika i motivacija koji mogu utjecaji na ponašanje ljudi prilikom odabira hrane. Ovo istraživanje napravljeno je u sklopu EATMOT projekta. Cilj: Utvrditi na koji način sociodemografski čimbenici, kao što su spol, dob, bračni status, radni status, razina obrazovanja i životno okruženje određuju prehranu ljudi u Hrvatskoj. Ispitati će se povezanost navedenih sociodemografskih faktora sa zdravstvenim, ekonomskim, emocionalnim, društvenim i kulturološkim, okolišnim, političkim, marketinškim i komercijalnim motivima izbora hrane. Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 1535 ispitanika iz Republike Hrvatske. Rad se temelji na provedenim upitnicima koji su izrađeni i validirani u sklopu projekta. Podatci su obrađeni u Microsoft Excel Office-u i SPSS-u. Za analizu podataka koristili su se osnovni statistički alati, odnosno t-test za nezavisne uzorke i jednosmjerna analiza varijance (One Way ANOVA). Rezultati: Rezultati su pokazali da postoji razlika u motivacijama za izbor hrane s obzirom na spol, bračni i radni status. Nisu uočene statistički značajne razlike za tri od šest vrsta motivacija: emocionalne, ekonomske i marketinško komercijalne s obzirom na razinu obrazovanja ispitanika. Nije utvrđena statistički značajna razlika za sve vrste motivacija s obzirom na životno okruženje ispitanika. Zaključak: Sociodemografski čimbenici utječu na motivaciju odabira hrane, te je od iznimne važnosti shvatiti motivacije ljudi kako bi se mogli razviti postupci za poboljšanje prehrambenih navika. Abstract (english) Introduction: Proper and healthy diet is one of the most important factors of psychophysical development, balance, good health, mental and physical ability of human. It involves a varied, moderate and balanced intake of food to meet basic energy needs, appropriate to age, gender, build, climate and working environment. ... More multinational study that examines these factors and types of motivations that can influence people's behavior when choosing food. This research was done as part of the EATMOT project. Purpose: To determine how some sociodemographic factors, such as gender, age, marital status, employment status, level of education and living environment, determine the diet of people in Croatia. The link between food choices and health, economic, emotional, social and cultural, environmental, political, marketing and commercial motives will also be examined. Subjects and methods: 1535 participants from the Republic of Croatia were involved in the study. This work is based on the conducted questionnaires that were developed and validated within the project. The data were processed in Microsoft Excel Office and SPSS. Basic statistical tools were used for data analysis, such as t-test for independent samples and One-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). Results: The results showed that there is a difference in motivations for food choices based on gender, marital and work status. No statistically significant differences were observed for three of the six types of motivation: emotional, economic, and marketing /commercial considering the level of education of the participants. No statistically significant differences were found for all types of motivation considering the living environment of the participants. Conclusion: Sociodemographic factors influence the motivation of healthy diet and it is extremely important to understand people's motivation in order to develop procedures to improve eating habits.
