Abstract Diese Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit der Identitätssuche im Alpenraum am Beispiel Norbert Gstreins Erzählung "Einer".
Odvode ga inspektor i pomoćnik zbog nepoznatih razloga, a sve u selu ostaje nepromijenjeno i podređeno turistima.
Abstract (english) This thesis deals with the search for identity in the Alpine region using the example of Norbert Gstrein's story "Einer". The work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the theory, which is important in understanding the background, while the second part provides a detailed analysis of the story. The theoretical part is devoted to the anti-homeland literature to which this story belongs. The story follows the life of the main character Jakob, who perishes due to the impossibility of finding himself. His life story is told by his family, that is, it is presented to an inspector and his assistant in a case-statement. Jakob himself does not express himself with words, which emphasizes his non-existence. The way of life in the village, the mentality of society and its subordination to rural tourism is being revealed. A lack of empathy and a life geared towards a good tourist season make the village an uncomfortable place to live that Jakob does not want to adapt to. He does not want to be another hamster in the eternal circle that the locals carelessly call life. In the impossibility of getting social approval, he indulges in alcohol that leads him to ruin. The inspector and assistant take him with them for unclear reasons and everything in the village remains unchanged and subordinate to the tourists. The aim of this thesis is to prove that creating identity requires a sense of belonging, both in the family, which is seen as a fundamental social unit, and in society.
