Abstract
Le présent mémoire de master porte sur l’analyse des collocations dans la langue juridique. Nous avons offert des solutions de représentation des collocations et des connaissances qui pourraient aider les traducteurs à faciliter leur travail. Nous avons appliqué la théorie des réseaux collocationels de Williams aux collocations extraites de deux corpus, et nous avons montré le modèle des cartes conceptuelles qui servent aussi comme un moyen de représenter les connaissances. Nous sommes arrivées à la conclusion que ces deux manières de présenter les connaissances pourraient grandement aider à la traduction ainsi qu’à l’apprentissage des langues.
Abstract (croatian)
Ovaj diplomski rad fokusira se na analizu kolokacija u pravnom jeziku. Ponudili smo rješenja za prikaz kolokacija i znanja koja bi prevoditeljima mogla pomoći u pristupu njihovom poslu. Primijenili smo Williamsovu teoriju kolokacijskih mreža na kolokacije koje smo izvadili iz dva korpusa te smo pokazali model konceptualne mape kao još jednog načina prikazivanja znanja. Došli smo do zaključka da bi ova dva načina prikazivanja znanja mogla uvelike pomoći pri prevođenju, kao i kod učenja jezika.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis focuses on the analysis of collocations in the language of law. We have offered a couple of solutions of collocation and knowledge representation that could help translators gain easier access to their work. We have applied Williams' theory of collocational networks to collocations extracted from two corpora, and we have also shown concept map, which serves as a way of representing knowledge. We have come to the conclusion that these two ways of presenting knowledge could greatly assist in translation and language learning.
