Abstract
Kreativnost zaposlenika jedan je od glavnih izazova ljudskih resursa za organizacije u dvadeset i prvom stoljeću. Zaposlenici koji posjeduju mogućnost "razmišljanja izvan okvira" mogu stvoriti konkurentnu prednost za organizaciju i mogu se nositi s kompleksnim izazovima u brzo promjenjivom suvremenom svijetu. U novije vrijeme, razumijevanje dinamike kreativnosti u organizaciji daje visoki prioritet u istraživanju organizacijskog ponašanja, te privlači dovoljnu količinu interesa znanstvenika i praktičara. Kreativnost je stvaranje novih ili originalnih ideja korisne vrijednosti. Rukovoditelj organizacija može pozitivno utjecati na individualnu kreativnost i inovativnost čvrsto podupirući zaposlenikovo kreativno ponašanje i osnaţivanje zaposlenika. Kreativnost je vrlo složen fenomen pod utjecajem individualnih i kontekstualnih čimbenika. Kreativnost je potrebna gotovo u svim vrstama organizacija. Organizacije trebaju kreativne zaposlenike koji uče i brzo se prilagođavaju promjenjivim situacijama.

Employee creativity is one of the major human resource challenges for organizations in the twenty-first century. Employees who have the ability to "think out of the box" can create a competitive advantage for the organization and can deal with the complex challenges in the modern fast changing world. In recent times, understanding the dynamics of creativity in organization is given a high priority in organizational behavior research and has attracted a sufficient amount of research interest from both scholars and practitioners. Creativity is the generation of new ideas or original ideas, useful value. The managers of an organization can positively affect individual creativity and firm innovativeness by supporting employees creative behaviour and also empowering employees. Creativity is very complex phenomenon influenced by individual and contextual factors. Creativity is required in almost all types of organizations. Organizations need creative employees who learn and quickly adapt to the fast changing situations.
