Abstract
Hrana je neophodna za život, a gastronomija je bitan čimbenik same destinacije. Gastronomija je jedan oblik predstavljanja destinacije pomoću njezinih tradicionalnih i autentičnih jela i pića. U ovom radu upravo je prikazana bogata ugostiteljska ponuda gastronomske baštine Sjeverne Dalmacije. Gastronomska baština Sjeverne Dalmacije obuhvaća jedinstvene kulinarske tradicije, jela i pića koja odražavaju povijesne, kulturne i geografske specifičnosti tog kraja. Ova baština predstavlja ne samo... More važan dio svakodnevnog života, nego i vrijedan turistički resurs. Rad se bavi istraživanjem specifičnosti gastronomske baštine Sjeverne Dalmacije i istraživanjem mogućnosti njezinog očuvanja i valorizacije kroz turističku ponudu. Fokus je na upotrebi lokalnih proizvoda, suradnji s proizvođačima te primjeni održivih i inovativnih metoda u pripremi i prezentaciji jela, koji su ključni za unaprjeđenje ponude. Gastronomska baština Sjeverne Dalmacije nudi značajan potencijal za razvoj turizma, stvarajući autentična iskustva koja spajaju tradiciju s modernim, a ujedno pomažu u očuvanju kulturne baštine i potiču održivi razvoj regije. Abstract (english)
Food is essential for life, and gastronomy is an important factor of the destination itself. Gastronomy is a form of presenting a destination through its traditional and authentic dishes and drinks. This paper presents the rich catering offer of the gastronomic heritage of Northern Dalmatia. The gastronomic heritage of Northern Dalmatia includes unique culinary traditions, dishes and drinks that reflect the historical, cultural and geographical specificities of the region. This heritage... More represents not only an important part of everyday life, but also a valuable tourist resource. The paper explores the specificities of the gastronomic heritage of Northern Dalmatia and explores the possibilities of its preservation and valorization through the tourist offer. The focus is on the use of local products, cooperation with producers and the application of sustainable and innovative methods in the preparation and presentation of dishes, which are key to improving the offer. The gastronomic heritage of Northern Dalmatia offers significant potential for the development of tourism, creating authentic experiences that combine tradition with modernity, while at the same time helping to preserve cultural heritage and encouraging the sustainable development of the region.
