Abstract Ovaj diplomski rad usmjeren je na istraživanje utjecaja multisport kartica, kao alata za poticanje fitnesa i rekreacije, na kvalitetu rada u organizacijama. Istraživanje se provodi iz trodimenzionalnog pristupa, obuhvaćajući perspektive zaposlenika, poslodavaca i fitnes centara. ... More razlozi uvođenja ovakvih benefita u organizacijsku kulturu, način zadržavanja kvalificiranih djelatnika te mjerenja povrata ulaganja. Uz to, rad razmatra i pogled fitnes centara kako bi se obuhvatila njihova iskustva u privlačenju novih korisnika, prilagodbi poslovnog modela i održavanju suradnje u sklopu ovih programa. Za potrebe istraživanja korišten je anketni upitnik koji su ispunjavale sve tri ciljane skupine: zaposlenici (korisnici ili potencijalni korisnici multisport kartica), poslodavci (koji nude ili razmatraju uvođenje ovakvih kartica) te predstavnici fitnes centara (koji surađuju s programima multisport kartica ili sličnim pogodnostima). Na taj je način omogućen širok uvid u međusobno povezane prednosti i izazove iz različitih kuteva gledanja. Dodatno, provedena je komparacija multisport kartica s drugim sličnim programima (primjerice, fitpass, gympass) kako bi se istaknule sličnosti i razlike u pogledu cijene, dostupnosti sadržaja i percepcije korisnika. Analiza prikupljenih podataka pokazuje da redovita tjelesna aktivnost, poticana kroz ove programe, može pridonijeti višoj razini zadovoljstva na radu, manjem stresu te posljedično većoj učinkovitosti zaposlenika. S druge strane, istraživanje ukazuje na to da ključni čimbenici uspješnosti ovakvih inicijativa uključuju odgovarajuću financijsku podršku tvrtke, otvorenost i razumijevanje menadžmenta, kao i fleksibilnu ponudu fitnes centara koja zadovoljava različite potrebe korisnika. U zaključku, rad nudi preporuke i smjernice za uspješnu integraciju multisport kartica i sličnih programa u radno okruženje, ističući važnost suradnje između poslodavaca, zaposlenika i fitnes centara. Kvalitetnom analizom i prilagodbom ponude na temelju konkretnih potreba zaposlenika tvrtke mogu postići bolju motiviranost i zdravlje radnika, jačajući pritom i svoju organizacijsku kulturu. Abstract (english) This thesis focuses on exploring the impact of multisport cards, as a tool for promoting fitness and recreation, on the quality of work in organizations. The research is conducted using a threedimensional approach, including the perspectives of employees, employers, and fitness centers. Primary, it analyzes how the use of multisport cards affects employees’ physical and mental health, their productivity, and job satisfaction, while from the employers’ standpoint it examines the reasons
... More for introducing such benefits into organizational culture, methods of retaining qualified staff, and ways of measuring return on investment. Additionally, the thesis considers the viewpoint of fitness centers to capture their experiences in attracting new users, adapting their business model, and maintaining partnerships within these programs. For the purposes of this research, a survey questionnaire was administered to all three target groups: employees (current or potential users of multisport cards), employers (those who offer or are considering offering such cards), and fitness center representatives (those who collaborate with multisport card programs or similar benefit schemes). This allowed for a broad insight into the interrelated advantages and challenges from different angles. Furthermore, a comparison of multisport cards with other similar programs (for instance, fitpass, gympass) was conducted in order to highlight similarities and differences in terms of pricing, scope of services, and user perception. Analysis of the collected data shows that regular physical activity, encouraged by these programs, can lead to higher job satisfaction, lower stress levels, and consequently greater employee efficiency. On the other hand, the research indicates that the key factors for the success of such initiatives include the company’s adequate financial support, open-minded and understanding management, as well as a flexible offer from fitness centers that meets various user needs. In conclusion, this thesis provides recommendations and guidelines for successfully integrating multisport cards and similar programs into the work environment, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between employers, employees, and fitness centers. Through analysis and adjusting services to the specific needs of employees, companies can achieve better motivation and employee well-being, thereby strengthening their organizational culture. At the same time, a comparison with other benefit programs highlights the importance of aligning different aspects (costs, variety of services, marketing strategies) to fully harness the potential these initiatives offer to all parties involved.
