Inoltre, per raccogliere il corpus, due tipi delle interviste sono state usate, guidata e semi- guidata. Quattro informanti erano scelti secondo l'età: un'informante di età più avanzata, due informanti di mezza- età e l'informante giovane. Il corpus ottenuto è stato analizzato etimologicamente secondo quattro dizionari. In poi, dopo l'analisi, si scoprì che gli parlanti della parlata di Sebenico, utilizzano al primo posto i lessemi slavi e poi seguono romanismi. Alla fine, è stato notato che l'informante più giovane usa la percentuale più alta dei slavismi e delle parole standard. Dall'altro lato, è stato notato che gli informanti di mezza-età utilizzano il numero dei dialettismi che appartengono ai romanismi.
Abstract (croatian) Svrha ovog istraživanja bila je prikupiti leksik za semantičko polje kulinarstva na području grada Šibenika te samim time utvrditi postotak koji pripada romanizmima, tj. talijanizmima, venecijanizmima, latinizmima i dalmatskim ostacima. Za prikupljanje podataka koristio se strukturirani i polustrukturirani intervju sa četiri ispitanika obzirom na generacije: starija ispitanica, dvoje ispitanika srednjih godina te mlađa ispitanica. Dobiveni rezultati etimološki su analizirani četirima rječnicima. Potom, analizom je utvrđeno da najveći postotak u govoru ispitanika za semantičko polje kulinarstva zauzimaju slavizmi, a nakon njih slijede romanizmi. Kao posljednje, utvrđeno da najmlađa ispitanica koristi najveći postotak slavizama, kao i termina koji pripadaju standardnom jeziku. S druge strane, kod ispitanika srednjih godina zamijećeno je korištenje većeg broja dijalektalizama koji pripadaju romanizmima.
Abstract (english) The purpose of this research was to collect the vocabulary in the semantic field of culinary in the Šibenik region, more precisely to determine what percentage belongs to the Roman loanwords, i.e. to Italianisms, Venetianisms, Romanisms, and, the Dalmatian remains. To obtain the necessary data, two types of interviews have been used, structured and semi– structured with four people, according to the generation: the elderly interviewee, two middle– aged and the young one. The results obtained were analyzed etymologically according to four dictionaries. Afterward, after the analysis, it was discovered that most of the lexemes in the semantic field of culinary, are of Slavic origin, followed by romance loanwords. At last, it was noted that the youngest interviewee uses mostly Slavic terms and those who belong to the standard language. On the other side, two middle–aged interviewees use the highest percentage of dialecticism that belong to romance loanwords.
