Abstract Predmet je završnog rada okularna rozaceja. Terapija uključuje topičku i sistemsku terapiju.
Abstract (english) The subject of this paper is ocular rosacea. The aim of the paper is to analyze ocular rosacea as one of the types of rosacea, a skin disease with periods of remission and relapse that primarily occurs on the central part of the face in lighter-skinned people between the ages of 30 and 50. The etiopathophysiology of the disease is not fully explained, but the development of the disease is influenced by several symptoms: genetic factors, immune system, neuroimmune and neurovascular dysregulations, microorganisms and ultraviolet radiation. Ocular symptoms include eyelid changes, chronic conjunctivitis, and corneal involvement. However, the symptoms of ocular rosacea are often non-specific and subtle, so ocular rosacea often goes undiagnosed. Symptoms of ocular rosacea are foreign body sensation, burning or burning, dryness, itching, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, and clinically interpalpebral hyperemia of the conjunctiva, and periocular erythema of the eyelid and the edge of the eyelid are seen. Therapy includes topical and systemic therapy. Ocular rosacea can negatively affect the quality of life and the goal of treatment is the elimination of all symptoms.
