Abstract
U radu je prikazana osnovna podjela kompresora i sustava komprimiranoga zraka s pripadajućim klipnim i vijčanim kompresorima. Slikama i shemama objašnjeni su principi rada klipnih i vijčanih kompresora, proces kompresije i obrade komprimiranoga zraka. Također, opisani su i protokoli za uspostavu rada sustava komprimiranoga zraka, kao i mogućnost rukovanja i praćenja radnih parametara putem kontrolnog monitora. Cilj rada je optimizacija kompresora u svrhu povećanja iskoristivosti procesa i energetske uštede. Grafički, računski i tablično prikazani su utjecaji okolne temperature i tlaka zraka na protok zraka kroz kompresor i radno vrijeme kompresora u slučajevima s potrošnjom ili bez potrošnje komprimiranog zraka.
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents the basic division of compressors and the compressed air system, with the coressponding reciprocating and screw compressors. Pictures and schemes explain the principles of operation of screw and reciprocating compressors, compression process and compressed air treatment. Also, the protocols for establishing the operation of compressed air system are described, as well as the possibility of handling and monitoring working parameters through the control monitor. The aim of this final work is to optimize compressors in order to increase the utilization of process and energy savings. The influence of ambient air temperature and pressure on the supply and running time of compressors in cases with or without consumption of compressed air are presented with diagrams, calculations and tables.
