Abstract (croatian) U ovom će se završnom radu usporediti tri Goetheova glavna ženska lika.
Abstract (english) In this final thesis, the three main female characters from Goethe's three famous dramas are compared. These are the characters of Iphiegenie from the drama Iphigenie auf Tauris (Iphigenia in Tauris), Gretchen from the drama Faust. Der Tragödie erster Tiel (Faust, Part One), and Klärchen from the drama Egmont (Egmont). These three female figures are first compared regarding their relationship with men and society. In addition, these three female characters were also compared in terms of their religion, family relationship and upbringing. These elements had a major impact on the previously mentioned aspects of their comparison. After the comparison of Iphigenie, Gretchen and Klärchen, some earlier research on these female figures are being presented. Based on this comparison, it can be concluded that in these dramas Goethe created female figures who are determined, courageous and capable of offering unlimited love.
