Abstract
Uloga medicinske sestre u transportu životno ugroženog pacijenta je rano prepoznavanje znakova životne ugroženosti i njihovo pravovremeno zbrinjavanje. Medicinska sestra/tehničar i ostali djelatnici educirani su za provođenje specifičnih postupaka iz područja hitne medicinske pomoći. Pružanje skrbi unesrećenoj osobi je veoma stresan posao koji zahtijeva specifično znanje i vještine. Osim toga, potrebno je održavati dobru komunikaciju unutar tima kako bi pružanje zdravstvene skrbi bilo što učinkovitije. S obzirom na specifičnosti djelokruga rada HMP, od iznimne važnosti je da osoblje ostane smireno i usredotočeno.
Abstract (english)
The role of the nurse in the transport of a life-threatening patient is the early recognition of life-threatening signs and their timely care. The nurse / technician and other staff are trained to perform specific procedures in the field of emergency medical care. Providing care to an injured person is a very stressful job that requires specific knowledge and skills. In addition, it is necessary to maintain good communication within the team in order to provide health care as efficiently as possible. Given the specifics of the scope of work of the EMC, it is extremely important that staff remain calm and focused.
