Abstract Ce mémoire traite du concept des rôles de l´enseignant de français langue étrangère (FLE) dans une classe d'école primaire multilingue. Premièrement a été faite une brève présentation de l'évolution des méthodes d'enseignement des langues étrangères et l'accent a été mis sur la différenciation entre les méthodes axées sur l'enseignant et les méthodes axées sur l'apprenant. Ensuite ont été présentés différents auteurs qui ont proposé et décrit divers rôles d'enseignants, mais nous avons finalement choisi une combinaison de différentes approches pour créer une liste de douze rôles d'enseignants. Ces rôles qui vont être analysés sont : le contrôleur, l´organisateur, l´évaluateur, l´observateur, le détenteur des savoirs, le gardien de la discipline, le motivateur, le modèle langagier, le répétiteur, le médiateur interculturel, l´animateur et le simulateur. Les données collectées et analysées sont une combinaison de trois classes de FLE de l'école primaire Matija Gubec qui ont été collectées au cours de l'année scolaire 2016/2017. Le but de cette recherche est de découvrir les rôles des enseignants qui peuvent se produire pendant le cours etcomment les enseignants les remplissent. Finalement, après l'analyse théorique de ces rôles, chaque rôle a été analysé et confirmé par des exemples issus des classes observées
Abstract (croatian) Tema ovog diplomskog rada su uloge nastavnika francuskog kao trećeg stranog jezika u višejezičnom razredu osnovne škole. Prvo je opisan razvoj metoda poučavanja stranih jezika s naglaskom na razlikovanju metoda usmjerenih na učitelja i metoda usmjerenih na učenika. Potom su predstavljeni različiti autori koji su predložili i opisali razne uloge nastavnika, ali u konačnici je odabrana kombinacija različitih pristupa kako bismo stvorili listu od dvanaest uloga nastavnika. Te uloge su sljedeće: kontrolor, organizator, vrednovatelj, promatrač, izvor znanja, čuvar discipline, motivator, jezični model, repetitor, kulturni posrednik, animator i simulator. Podaci koji su prikupljeni i analizirani su tri sata francuskog kao trećeg stranog jezika u osnovnoj školi Matija Gubec koji su prikupljeni tijekom školske godine 2016./2017. Cilj ovog istraživanja je otkriti uloge nastavnika koje mogu biti prisutne na nastavnom satu i kako ih nastavnici ispunjavaju. Naposljetku je nakon teorijske analize tih uloga, svaka uloga posebno analizirana i potvrđena primjerima iz promatrane nastave.
Abstract (english) This thesis deals with the concept of the roles of the teacher of French as a foreign language in a multilingual primary school class. First was given a brief presentation of the evolution of teaching methods of foreign languages with the focus on differentiating between methods which focus on the teacher and methods which focus on the learner. Then were presented different authors who proposed and described various teacher roles, but ultimately, we chose a combination of different approaches to create a list of twelve teacher roles. These roles are: the controller, the organizer, the assessor, the observer, the resource, the disciplinarian, the motivator, the language role model, the repetitor, the intercultural mediator, the animator and the simulator. The data that was collected and analyzed is a combination of three FFL classes in primary school Matija Gubec which were collected during the academic year 2016/2017. The aim of this research is to find out the teacher roles that can occur during the class and how the teachers fulfill them. Finally, after the theoretical analysis of these roles, each role was analyzed and confirmed by examples from the classes that were observed.
