Abstract
Este Trabajo Fin de Máster se centra en el análisis de las actitudes lingüísticas de los hablantes malagueños. El propósito de nuestra investigación fue determinar las percepciones sobre el dialecto andaluz, que es muchas veces mal visto por sus características fonéticas. La investigación se realizó mediante entrevistas que abarcaban tres tipos de preguntas: preguntas generales y relacionadas con los medios de comunicación y la educación. Las variables sociales que tuvimos en cuenta al interpretar los datos fueron sexo/género, edad y nivel de estudios. Los resultados han demostrado que por lo general los hablantes malagueños tienen actitudes positivas hacia su dialecto y que van dejando de considerarlo inferior a la lengua estándar, lo que se nota especialmente entre los hablantes más jóvenes.
Abstract (croatian)
Ovaj diplomski rad temelji se na analizi jezičnih stavova govornika iz Málage. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je odrediti percepcije o andaluškom dijalektu, koji je često omalovažavan zbog svojih fonetskih karakteristika. Istraživanje je provedeno pomoću intervjua koji su se sastojali od tri tipa pitanja: općenitih i povezanih s medijima i obrazovanjem. Varijable koje smo uzeli u obzir pri interpretaciji podataka su: spol/rod, dob i razina obrazovanja. Rezultati su pokazali da govornici iz Málage uglavnom imaju pozitivne stavove o svom dijalektu te da ga prestaju smatrati inferiornijim od standarda, što je posebno uočljivo među mlađim ispitanicima.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis focuses on the analysis of the linguistic attitudes of the speakers from Málaga. The purpose of our research was to determine the perceptions of the Andalusian dialect, which is often depreciated due to its phonetic characteristics. The research was conducted with the help of interviews that covered three types of questions: general questions and those related to the media and education. The social variables that we took into account for data interpretation were sex/gender, age, and educational level. The results have shown that speakers from Málaga generally have positive attitudes towards their dialect and that they stop perceiving it as inferior to the standard language, which is especially visible among young speakers.
