Abstract
Ciroza jetre je terminalni i ireverzibilni stadij kronične bolesti jetre, a karakterizirana je difuznom destrukcijom i istodobnom regeneracijom jetrenih stanica što dovodi do pojačanog stvaranja vezivnog tkiva i ozbiljnog poremećaja, lobularne i vaskularne arhitekture jetre. Obilježena je fibroznim promjenama i stvaranjem regeneratornih nodula, što je posljedica brojnih nekroza hepatocita, kolapsa potporne retikulinske mreže i poremećaja jetrene vaskulature.“ Ciroza jetre danas predstavlja veliki javno zdravstveni problem koji ima značajan izvor morbiditeta i mortaliteta. CILJ: Opisati anatomiju, fiziologiju te patofiziologiju jetre, kao i etiologiju, kliničku sliku te dijagnostiku ciroze jetre. Opisati plan zdravstvene njege bolesnika s cirozom jetre.
Abstract (english)
Cirrhosis is an immediate and irreversible stage of chronic liver disease, and is characterized by diffuse destruction and simultaneous regeneration of liver cells leading to increased connective tissue formation and severe disruption of the lobular and vascular architecture of the liver. It is characterized by fibrotic changes and the formation of regenerative nodules, which is a consequence of numerous hepatocyte necrosis, collapse of the supporting reticulin network and disorders of the hepatic vasculature.“ Cirrhosis of the liver today is a major health problem that has a significant source of morbidity and mortality. AIM: Description of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, as well as etiology, the clinical picture of the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Describe a healthy care plan for patients with cirrhosis of the liver.
