Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je opisati iskustva studenata/ica Sveučilišta u Zadru tijekom njihova preddiplomskog studija, s naglaskom na iskustva vezana uz organizaciju pojedinih odjela i cijelog Sveučilišta, kulturnu ponudu grada Zadra tijekom akademske godine te na studentski smještaj u kojem su boravili. Svrha rada bila je pridonijeti spoznajama o pozitivnim i negativnim stranama studiranja u turističkom gradu, na primjeru grada Zadra. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom polu-strukturiranog intervjua, s četiri sugovornice i jednim sugovornikom koji studiraju na različitim dvopredmetnim studijskim grupama, na završnoj godini preddiplomskog studija. Rezultati istraživanja upućuju na općenito zadovoljstvo uvjetima studiranja na Sveučilištu u Zadru i gradom Zadrom kao mjestom studiranja, no također i na nedostatak spremnosti sugovornika/ca na uključivanje u lokalne procese i razvoj grada.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this B. A. thesis was to describe the experiences of the students of the University of Zadar during their undergraduate study, with an emphasis on the experiences connected to the organization of individual departments and the whole university, the cultural offer of the city of Zadar during the academic year, and on the type of accommodation they lived in. The aim of the thesis was to contribute to the insight on the positive and negative sides of studying in a tourist city, at the example of Zadar. The research was carried out through semistructured interviews with 4 female interviewees and 1 male interviewee studying different double-major undergraduate study groups. Research results suggest a general satisfaction with the conditions of studying at the University of Zadar and with the city of Zadar as a place of studying, but also the lack of readiness of the interviewees to become a part of the local processes and the development of the city.
