More pogodnom za kupanje, što definira trenutni oblik turizma no putem ovog rada prikazani su elementi društvenih i prirodnih resursa i atrakcija koje zadarski predio Arbanasi, kao autohtona povijesna četvrt posjeduje, koji nisu dovoljno razvijeni a imaju izniman potencijal. Nadalje, cilj ovog rada bilo je predstaviti ideju „centra izvan centra“, kao prijeko potrebnog sadržaja koji ujedno nadopunjuje sadržaj izvan sezone, dok tijekom sezone prometno rasterećuje turistički centar grada, zadarski Poluotok. U radu je naglašeno kako bi pri izvođenju kulturno turističke revitalizacije Arbanasa nit vodilja trebala biti umjerenost te ravnomjernost, odnosno održivi oblik turizma. Kako je i napisano ovim radom, istinska valorizacija gradskog predjela može se ostvariti putem turizma kao okosnice razvitka. Otvaranjem muzeja ili trgovinsko-kulturnog centra razvila bi se infrastruktura u Arbanasima, na pravi način valorizirala neprikazana priča gradskog predjela Arbanasi, te bi se razvio potpuno novi sadržaj u turističkoj ponudi grada Zadra. Domicilno stanovništvo ima pozitivno mišljenje te želi prikazati svoje kulturne i tradicijske elemente, te su ovim radom prikazani svi elementi društvenih i prirodnih resursa koji čine Arbanase kao turističku destinacije koja to nije a morala bi postati. Less Abstract (english) The topic of this thesis is A case study of the tourism valorization of the neighbourhood of Arbanasi, as one of the potential activities in that part of the town of Zadar with the emphasis of improving life quality of local population. ... More neighbourhoods of the town of Zadar, located on the southestern part of the town. It is predominantly surrounded with the coastline suitable for swimming, which helped define it's current form of tourism but this thesis demonstrates elements of the social and natural resources and attractions, which neighbourhood of Arbanasi, as a authentic historical district posseses, that hasn't been developed well enough, but have tremendous tourism potential. Furthermore, one of the goals of this thesis was to present an idea of „city centre outside of a city centre“, as a necessary content which adds up to the existing content outside of the tourist season, while during the summer season helps decrease the amount of traffic in the old town, the Zadar's Peninsula. It is accented in this thesis, that during the process of cultural and tourism revitalization of the neighbourhood of Arbanasi the guiding thread should be moderation and uniformity, found in sustainable tourism. As written in this thesis, true valorization of the city's neighbourhood can be achieved via tourism as guidance of development. Not only would the infrastructure of neighbourhood of Arbanasi tremendously improve by opening a museum or a cultural centre – mall, but also the untold story of the neighbourhood of Arbanasi would be valorised properly, and therefore, in turn, completely new content would be created in the tourism offer of the town of Zadar. The local population has a highly positive opinion and wants to demonstrate it's cultural and heritage elements and this thesis demonstrates all the elements of social and natural resources that make Arbanasi a tourism destination that isn't into one, and should become one.
