Abstract Ovaj rad temelji se na teorijskom i kvalitativnom istraživanju vezanom uz analizu radnih bilježnica u ostvarivanju kurikulumskih ishoda u nastavi Prirode i društva. Prvi dio rada odnosi se na teorijsko istraživanje područja nastavnog predmeta Prirode i društva (povijesni razvoj i metodika nastave Prirode i društva, suvremeni pristupi nastavi Prirode i društva, važnost nastavnog predmeta Priroda i društvo, ciljevi, zadaci i sadržaj nastave Prirode i društva, kompetencije učitelja za provođenje nastavnog predmeta Priroda i društvo, pravna regulativa i nastavne metode i sredstva za ostvarivanje nastave Prirode i društva). Drugi dio rada odnosi se na kvalitativno istraživanje analize sadržaja četiri radne bilježnice nastavnog predmeta Prirode i društva za četvrti razred osnovne škole odobrenih od strane Ministarstva znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi koje kompetencije učenici mogu stjecati pomoću radnih bilježnica na način da se utvrdi koje su razine obrazovnih postignuća kognitivne domene učenja zastupljene u njima. Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su veću zastupljenost niže razine obrazovnih postignuća u svim radnim bilježnicama u odnosu na višu razinu istih. Sve radne bilježnice većinom kod učenika potiču propitivanje činjenica na razini reprodukcije, a znatno manje na primjenu tih činjenica kao i kritičko promišljanje o njima. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata zaključilo se da radne bilježnice Prirode i društva ne omogućuju ravnomjerno stjecanje kompetencija znanja, vještina i sposobnosti. S obzirom na ishode učenja za učenika koji se u najvećoj mjeri odnose na znanje i razumijevanje, učenici ne mogu u potpunosti razvijati ostale kompetencije koje su usvajaju na višim razinama, a to su primjena, analiza, sinteza i vrednovanje naučenog. Analizom sadržaja pokazalo se kako je u radnim bilježnicama znatno više istraživačkih pitanja u odnosu na problemska pitanja. Iz mnogih pitanja/zadataka/vježbi može se prepoznati korelacija s mnogim nastavnim predmetima, kao što je Matematika, Povijest, Zemljopis i Hrvatski jezik.
Abstract (english) This work is based on theoretical and qualitative research related to analysis workbooks in achieving curriculum outcomes in teaching Nature and Society. The first part of the work refers to the theoretical research areas of the subject Nature and Society (history and methodology of teaching Nature and Society, contemporary approach to nature and society, the importance of the subject Nature and Society, aims, objectives and content of teaching Nature and science, teacher competence for the implementation of the subject Nature and society, legal regulations and teaching methods and means for the realization of the subject of Nature and society). The second part refers to the qualitative research content analysis of four workbooks school subject Nature and Society for the fourth grade of elementary school approved by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports. The aim of the research was to determine what competences pupils can acquire by means of workbooks in a way to indicate that the level of educational attainment of the cognitive domains of learning represented in them. The results showed a greater representation of lower levels of educational attainment in all workbooks in relation to the higher level of the same. All workbooks mostly with pupils encouraged questioning the fact the level of play, and much less to the application of these facts as well as critical thinking about them. Based on the results concluded that workbooks Nature and society do not allow evenly acquire competences knowledge, skills and abilities. With regard to the learning outcomes for students who are mainly related to knowledge and understanding, pupils can not fully develop other competencies that are adopted at higher levels, and that the application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation of learning. Content analysis has shown that the workbooks significantly more research questions in relation to the problematic questions. From the many questions/tasks/exercises can be recognized correlation with many subjects, such as Mathematics, History, Geography and Croatian language.
