Abstract Zbog činjenice zastarijevanja znanja i zahvaljujući potrebi za novim spoznajama, razvio se koncept cjeloživotnog obrazovanja. ... More komunikacije. Komunikacija je složen proces koji zahtijeva znanje i razvoj određenih vještina i sposobnosti koje se kasnije primjenjuju u poslovanju. Razvoj počinje u ranoj dobi kroz igru i traje čitav život. Osim što čovjek mora prikupiti osnovna znanja za vrijeme formalnog obrazovanja, on u svrhu poslovnog uspjeha morakontinuirano usavršavati i unaprjeđivati stečena znanja putem neformalnog učenja u vidu tečajeva, stručnih usavršavanja i sl.Jednako tako, današnje multikulturno društvo stavlja naglasak na važnost poznavanja elemenata različitih kultura kako bi se razvila tolerancija na različitost, ali i poboljšala kvaliteta interkulturnog poslovnog komuniciranja. Osim poznavanja različitih kultura, u poslovnom komuniciranju veliku važnost ima etika i etično ponašanje. Poruka koja se šalje mora biti vjerodostojna da bi komunikacija bila uspješna, a vještine formiranja poruke mogu se usavršiti uz cjeloživotno obrazovanje.Nadalje, brzirazvoj tehnologije značio je brže kretanje informacija što je podiglo komunikaciju na novu razinu, ali je došlo i do novih načina učenja, pa tako danas postoji tzv. e-učenje. E-učenjeizravno i neizravno pruža znanja koja mogu biti korisna za poslovanje i poslovnu komunikaciju. Samim korištenjem sustava e–učenja čovjek uvježbava svoje vještine i sposobnosti rada na računalu, odnosno nekom od tehnoloških uređaja, a znanje koje prikupi preko interneta može mu pomoći u poslovnoj komunikaciji. Međutim, e-učenje izostavlja bitne čimbenike za uspješno učenje, a to su motivacija, postavljanje pitanja, rad u grupama, i sl. čime se također razvijaju određene vještine. Kako bi e-učenje bilo od koristi za uspješno poslovanje potrebno je pronaći idealan omjer između tradicionalnog učenja i učenja uz pomoć tehnologije. Less
Abstract (english) Due to the fact that knowledge becomes old-fashioned and thanks to the needs for new understandings, the new concept of lifelong education has developed. The concept results from the fact that the knowledge, once learned, cannot last forever, and should be upgraded continually. Communication is a complex process that requires knowledge and development of certain skills and abilities that are later applied on business. Development begins in the early age through the play and lasts whole life. Besides that one has to gather general knowledge during the formal education, one also has to, in order to achieve business success, continually improve and develop acquired knowledge by informal learning, such as taking courses, professional trainings, etc. Equally, today's multicultural society puts emphasize on the importance of understanding elements of different cultures in order to develop the tolerance for inequality, but also to improve the quality of intercultural business communication. Apart from being familiar with different cultures, ethics and ethical behaviour have a major role in business communication. The message that is sent must be credible in order for communication to be successful, and the skills for creating a message can be improved by lifelong education. Furthermore, fast technological development meant faster motion of information, which lifted communication on a new level, but also enabled new ways of learning, and so today there is, so-called, e-learning. E-learning offers, directly and indirectly, knowledge that can be useful in business and business communication. By using the e-learning system, one practices its skills and abilities of working on a computer, or any other technological device, and the knowledge one gets via internet can be helpful in business communication. However, e-learning leaves out some important factors for successful learning, such as motivation, asking questions, group works, etc., which are also important for development of a certain skills.
