Abstract Pojam proces zdravstvene njege oznaĉava pristup medicinske sestre u otkrivanju i rješavanju problema pacijenta iz područja zdravstvene njege. Dolazi do gubitka motoričkih sposobnosti i zamjene stereotipnim pokretima.
Abstract (english) The term health care process of a nurse is an approach to discovering and addressing a patient's problem in the area of health care. This approach is rational, systematic, logical and knowledge-based and encompasses four phases: identification of needs, planning and implementation of health care and evaluation of health care. Basic features of the healthcare process are systematics, dynamism and flexibility. It is necessary to focus on the patient, to consider the patient as a subject and the integrity of the patient's care. Pervasive developmental disorder is a group of disorders characterized by: severe impairment of skills related to social interaction, communication deviations and limited stereotypical patterns of behavior . In the group of pervasive developmental disorders are Autistic Disorder, Rett Syndrome, Disintegrative Disorder in Childhood and Asperger Syndrome. The basic symptoms of autistic disorder are the lack of emotional response, lack of verbal and nonverbal communication, speech disorders, behavior and stereotypes. Rett syndrome is a major developmental disorder characterized by the development of multiple deficits after a period of neat functioning. Rett's syndrome is developing between birth and 5 months of age. A child loses motor skills and replaces them with stereotypical movements. Lose interest in the social environment and with increasing age characteristics increasingly come to the fore. Disintegrative childhood disorder has been characterized by regression in several areas after at least 2 years of apparent normal growth and development. The child ceases to communicate and talk, to follow events in the area and to forget the learned skills. Asperger's syndrome is a serious chronic neurasthenic disorder that is defined by social deficits and limited interests, similar to autism, but with welldeveloped speech and good cognitive abilities, which differentiates it from autism and other developmental disorders. There is a lot of treatments for this disorder.
