Abstract
Obilježja obrazovne funkcije blogova o prehrani diplomski je rad koji se bavi tematikom gastro blogova u Hrvatskoj i inozemno, ali i proučavanjem ljudske prehrane. U radu se istražuje obrazovna funkcija kulinarskih blogova, njihov utjecaj na potrošače i iznosi se nutricionistička strana priče. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i istraživačkog dijela za čije su potrebe korištene sljedeće znanstvene metode: analitičko-sintetička metoda, metoda apstrakcije i konkretizacije, metode generalizacije i specijalizacije, metode klasifikacije, metoda indukcije i dedukcije, kvalitativna analiza sadržaja, dubinski intervju te anketa. Istraživanje je potkrijepljeno fotografijama i grafikonima. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata provedena je autoričina analiza i donesen je odgovarajući zaključak koji se tiče budućnosti blogova o prehrani.
Abstract (english)
The characteristics of the educational functions of blogs about nutrition is the final work, which deals with the subject of gastronomy blogs in Croatia and foreign, but also the study of human nutrition. The work reveals the educational function of cooking blogs, as well as their impact on consumers and is to show the nutristic side of the story. The work consists of theoretical and research pieces. The following scientific methods were used for their needs: the analytical-synthetic method, the method of abstraction and concretization, methods of generalization and specialization, methods of classification, the induction and deduction method, the qualitative content analysis, in-depth interviews and a survey. Research is confirmed by photographs and graphs. On the basis of the obtained results the author's analysis was carried out and an appropriate conclusion regarding the future of blogs about nutrition was adopted.
