More turistička kretanja.S obzirom na problematiku, rad sadrži pregled aktualne znanstveno-stručne literature iz područja interesa, pregled sekundarnih podataka prikupljenih u Turističkoj zajednici i Općini Tučepi, a ključan dio rada su rezultati istraživanja putem kojeg su prikupljeni primarni podaci o promjenama nastalim poslovanjem hotelskog lanca te stavovi dionika turističke destinacije o istom.Nakon postavljenog teorijskog okvira izrađeni su upitnici te je provedeno istraživanje među lokalnim stanovništvom u Tučepima i djelatnicima hotelskog lanca Bluesun Hotels&Resorts u Tučepima. Za ovo istraživanje važno je bilo saznati stavove lokalnog stanovništva o trenutnoj situaciji u Tučepima, odnosno postoji li prema njihovom mišljenju već vidljivi negativni učinci turizma na destinaciju. Također je bilo ključno utvrditi njihove stavove o utjecaju koji Bluesun Hotels&Resorts ima na pojedine elemente kao što su proširenje i obogaćenje ponude, uređenost turističke i komunalne infrastrukture, poskupljenje svakodnevnih potrepština, sigurnost destinacije, kvalitetu ponuđenih proizvoda i usluga te slične ostale elemente.Drugi dio istraživanja proveden je među djelatnicima hotela unutar hotelskog lanca Bluesun Hotels&Resorts kako bi se dobila ocjena njihovog zadovoljstva radom u istom, te kako bi se otkrilo koji čimbenici na radnom mjestu ih najviše motiviraju. Pitanja su se odnosila na sigurnost tvrtke, međuljudske odnose, suradnju s kolegama i nadređenima, plaću, godišnji odmor, mogućnost napredovanja i edukacije u hotelskom lancu. Stavovi ispitanih djelatnika većinom su pozitivni te se unatoč ponekom negativnom odgovoru većina njih na svom radnom mjestu osjeća sigurno i u velikom broju zadovoljnu iznosom koji prima za svoj rad. U zadnjem dijelu rada predstavljeni su odgovori iz intervjua provedenih s načelnikom Općine Tučepi, direktorom Turističke zajednice Tučepi, te direktorom Bluesun hotela u Tučepima iz kojih je vidljivo da svi navedeni dionici ulažu svoj trud i rad u dobrobit i poboljšanje Tučepi kao turističke destinacije. Less Abstract (english) This work is based on the secondary and primary data collected by empirical research,and it analyzes the impact of the hotel chain ''Bluesun Hotels&Resorts'' on the tourist destination in which it is located, on its development, hotel staff and local population. Regarding the issue, the paper contains an overview of current scientific and professional literature in the area of interest, a review of secondary data collected in the Tourist Board and the Tuĉepi Municipality. The key part of the thesis are the research results of collected primary data about changes in hotel chain business operationsand attitudes of stakeholders of tourist destinations about it. After the established theoretical framework, questionnaires were made and a survey was conducted among the local population in Tuĉepi and employees of the hotel chain Bluesun Hotels & Resorts in Tuĉepi. For this research, it was important to find out the local population's attitudes about the current situation in Tuĉepi, or whether there is already a perceptible negative impact of tourism on the destination. It was also crucial to determine their views on the impact that Bluesun Hotels & Resorts has on certain elements such as expansion and enrichment of the offer, the regulation of tourist and communal infrastructure, the increase of daily necessities, the safety of the destination, the quality of the offered products and services, and similar elements.The second part of the survey was conducted among hotel workers within the hotel chain Bluesun Hotels & Resorts to get their work satisfaction rating in, and to find out what factors in the workplace are most motivating. The questions concerned the company's security, interpersonal relationships, co-operation with colleagues and superiors, salaries, holidays, opportunities for promotion and education in the hotel chain. The attitudes of the surveyed employees are mostly positive and despite the somewhat negative response most of them feel safe in their workplace, and are mostly satisfied with the compensations they recieve for their work.In the last part of the paper the answers from the interviews conducted with the Mayor of Tucepi, the director of the Tucepi Tourist Board, and the director of the Bluesun hotel in Tuĉepi are presented, which shows that all of these stakeholders are investing their efforts and the benefit of Tuĉepi as a tourist destination.
