Abstract Darovitost je sklop osobina koje pojedincu omogućuju postizanje iznad prosječnih rezultata koji predstavljaju značajan kreativni doprinos području u kojem se javljaju. Ukoliko se darovitost ne prepozna na vrijeme i ne počne se raditi na njenom razvoju, potencijalno darovito dijete neće nikada ostvariti svoj puni potencijal. ... More još u vrtićkoj dobi i zbog toga je važno kako se djetetu pristupa u tom ranom, osjetljivom razdoblju. Ovo je temelj NTC sustava učenja koji nastoji ukazati značaj snage djetinjstva na daljnji razvoj i napredak djece. U ovom istraživanju posebna pažnja posvećena je načinu provođenja osnovnih segmenata NTC sustava učenja u praksi, tj. u dječjem vrtiću „Kocka Kockica“ u Zadru, te iskustvima i stupnju zadovoljstva roditelja čija djeca pohađaju vrtić „Kocka Kockica“. Kako bi se došlo do tih podataka provedeno je kvalitativno istraživanje utemeljeno na dubinskim ili nestandardiziranim intervjuima s deset sugovornika, pet odgajateljica zaposlenih u dječjem vrtiću „Kocka Kockica“ i pet roditelja čija djeca pohađaju navedeni vrtić, koji skupa čine namjerni uzorak odabran kako bi se prikupile ključne informacije za razumijevanje izučavane pojave. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kreativan pristup odgajateljica djeci te način primjene svih segmenata NTC sustava u praksi, uključujući poligone koji naglašavaju važnost pokreta, vježbe za akomodaciju oka, glazba, zagonetne priče. Roditelji djece iskazali su veliko zadovoljstvo napretkom djece, posebno roditelji čija su djeca ranije pohađala drugi vrtić. Kao glavne dobrobiti za djecu navode širenje rječnika, otvorenost, stvaranje asocijacija, radost odlaska u vrtić. Niti jedan roditelj nije naveo negativnu stranu NTC sustava učenja, nego su izrazili želju i nadu da će se i u nastavku školavanja s njihovom djecom raditi po sličnom, ako ne istom, sustavu učenja. Abstract (english) Giftedness is a set of personality traits that enable an individual to accomplish above average results which represent an important creative contribution to the field they appear in. If giftedness is not recognized and developed at the right moment, a potentially gifted child will never accomplish its full potential. ... More child should be noticed as early as the preschool age, and this is why the way a child is approached in this early, sensitive age, is important. This is the basis of NTC schooling system which tries to point out the importance of the power of childhood for the further children’s development and progress. This research pays special attention to the way of implementation of the basic segments of NTC schooling system in practice, that is, in day-care center “Kocka Kockica” in Zadar, and to the experiences and level of satisfaction of parents whose children attend day-care center “Kocka Kockica”. In order to collect this data, a qualitative research was conducted, based on the non-standardized interviews with ten interlocutors, five day-care workers employed in the daycare center „Kocka Kockica“ and five parents whose children attend the mentioned day-care center, who all together constitute the intentional pattern chosen in order to collect the key information necessary for the understanding of the studied phenomenon. The research results show a creative approach of day-care workers towards children and the way of implementing all of the segments of NTC schooling system in practice, including polygons which emphasize the importance of movement, tasks for eye accumulation, music, and riddles. Children’s parents expressed great satisfaction with the development of their children, especially parents whose children attended some other day-care center before. Some of the main benefits for their children are expansion of their vocabulary, openness, creation of associations, joy of attending this day-care center. None of the parents expressed any negative sides of the NTC schooling system, but they did express wish and hope that similar, if not the same, system will be used in their children’s future education.
