Abstract
U ovom se radu analizira sadržaj najvažnijih međunarodnih konvencija s područja sprječavanja onečišćenja mora s brodova. U prvom rede analizira se sadržaj MARPOL i SOLAS konvencije, također odredbe Agenda 21 i Direktive Europske Unije o onečišćenju mora s brodova i nadležnosti obalnih država. Na kraju rada u zaključnom dijelu sumiraju se odredbe analiziranih pravnih izvora o sprječavanju onečišćenja s brodova te daje ocjena kvalitete njihova sadržaja.
Abstract (english)
This aper analyzes the most important provisions of international conventions in the field of prevention of marine pollution coused by ships. The first part anayzes the provisions of the conventions MARPOL and SOLAS, as well as the regulations of Agenda 21 and Directives of the European Union on Pollution from ships and coastal state jurisdiction. The end of the paper, in the concluding part, summerizes the provisions analyzed by the legal sources on the prevention of pollution from ships and provides feedback on the quality of their content.
