Abstract
Organizacijska struktura predstavlja najvažniji dio svake organizacije, koja osigurava provođenje svih strategija i postizanje svih ciljeva, što u konačnici organizaciju čini uspješnom. U ovom radu istaknuti su vanjski čimbenici organizacije, koji zahtijevaju kontinuirano prilagođavanje i izmjene u organizacijama koje nemaju utjecaj na njih, osim na čimbenik integracijskih procesa na koje organizacija može djelomiĉno djelovati. Kao najvažniji vanjski čimbenici ističu se tehnološka okolina organizacije, ekonomska okolina, kupci i politička okolina. Vanjski čimbenici podijeljeni su u tri skupine: okolina, integracijski procesi te tržište. Da bi organizacijska struktura bila učinkovita, treba biti usklađena sa svim čimbenicima organizacije, uz raspoložive resurse i vrstu poslovanja organizacije.

The organizational structure represents the most important part of every organization, it enables the realization of every strategy and the achievement of every goal, which in the end makes the organization more successful. In this essay we deal with the external factors of organization, which demand a never-ending adjustment and alterations in the organizations that don’t have an influence on them, apart from the factor of integrational processes which the organization can partially influence. As the most important external factor we have the technological environment of the organization, economic environment, buyers and the political environment. The external factors are divided into three categories: the environment, integration processes and the market. In order to function properly, the organizational structure should be coordinated with all organizational factors, using the available resources and the type of business conducted by the organization.
