Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuju problematiku primjene Internet orijentirane tehnologije u istraživanju tržišta. Poseban osvrt dan je društvenim mrežama i alatima Internet orijentirane tehnologije. Na temelju znanstvenih i stručnih članaka prikazana je definicija istraživanja tržišta, razlike između tradicionalnog i suvremenog pristupa istraživanju tržišta. Također su prikazane prednosti i nedostatci primjene Internet orijentirane tehnologije, kao i njihova uloga u istraživanju tržišta i donošenju poslovnih odluka. Izražena je prisutnost društvenih mreža kao alata Internet orijentiranih tehnologija prilikom istraživanja tržišta. Glavni cilj ovog rada je istraživanjem ukazati na važnosti korištenja Internet orijentiranih tehnologija u istraživanju tržišta kako bi se stekla konkurentska prednost. Sekundarni cilj je prikazati suvremene pravce istraživanja tržišta bazirane na primjeni Internet orijentirane tehnologije naspram klasičnog pristupa, te vremenske analize stupanja primjene Interneta u istraživanju tržišta i unaprjeđenja poslovanja temeljenog na istom. U ovom radu su korištene sljedeće metode istraživanja: metoda analize, metoda komparacije, povijesna metoda, te metoda deskripcije i analiza studija slučaja. Najvažniji rezultat istraživanja u radu je ukazati i potvrditi prednosti korištenja Internet orijentirane tehnologije u istraživanju tržišta u svrhu stjecanja konkurentske prednosti i stvaranju zadovoljstva potrošača.

This work is dealing with the application of Internet -oriented technologies in market research. A special emphasis is given to social networks tools and Internet -oriented technology. This paper shows the definition of market research on the basis of scientific and technical paper and differences between traditional and modern approaches to market research. This paper also shows the advantages and disadvantages of the application of Internet -oriented technology in market research, and their role in market research and business decisions. This paper expressed the presence of social networks as tools of Internet -oriented technologies in market research. The main objective of this paper is to indicate the importance of using Internet -oriented technology in market research in order to gain competitive advantage. A secondary objective is to show the modern trends of market research based on the use of Internet -oriented technology to traditional approaches, and time analyzes the entry of application of the Internet in market research and promotion of business based on the same. This paper used the following research methods: methods of analysis, comparison method, the historical method, this method of description and analysis of case studies. The most important result of the research work is to point out and confirm the benefits of using Internet -oriented technology in market research for the purpose of gaining competitive advantage and creating customer satisfaction.
