Abstract Sukobi u organizaciji su neizbježna pojava u radnom okruženju. Bez obzira na to koliko dobro su organizacije usmjerene prema zajedničkim ciljevima, sukobi će se povremeno pojaviti zbog različitih stavova, ciljeva, vrijednosti i interesa među zaposlenicima, timovima, ili unutar same organizacije. Rješavanje sukoba igra ključnu ulogu u održavanju produktivnih i zdravih radnih okruženja. Kroz učinkovito rješavanje sukoba, organizacije mogu minimizirati negativne posljedice sukoba i stvoriti temelj za izgradnju pozitivnih odnosa među zaposlenicima. Istraživanja o rješavanju sukoba u organizacijama širom svijeta pružaju uvid u različite pristupe, prakse i dinamike konflikata u različitim kulturnim, zakonodavnim i organizacijskim okvirima. U ovom kontekstu, istraživanja o rješavanju sukoba u Velikoj Britaniji, Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama, Hong Kongu i Francuskoj imaju poseban značaj zbog razlika u kulturnim i pravnim kontekstima tih zemalja. Ova istraživanja omogućuju bolje razumijevanje pristupa, izazova i uspješnih strategija za upravljanje konfliktima u organizacijama unutar tih zemalja. U narednim sekcijama, istražit će se rezultati iz istraživanja, usmjeravajući se na ključne teme kao što su uzroci sukoba, pristupi njihovom rješavanju, uloga zakonodavstva i kulture, te kako organizacije u ovim zemljama promiču produktivno upravljanje konfliktima. Conflict resolution plays a pivotal role in maintaining productive and healthy work environments. Through effective conflict resolution, organizations can minimize the adverse effects of conflicts and establish a foundation for building positive relationships among employees. Research on conflict resolution in organizations worldwide provides insights into different approaches, practices, and dynamics of conflicts within various cultural, legal, and organizational contexts. In this context, research on conflict resolution in the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, and France is particularly significant due to the differences in the cultural and legal frameworks of these countries. Such research enables a better understanding of approaches, challenges, and successful conflict management strategies in organizations within these nations. In the following sections, we will explore the findings and insights from these research studies, focusing on key themes such as the causes of conflicts, approaches to their resolution, the role of legislation and culture, and how organizations in these countries promote productive conflict management.
