Abstract
Svakodnevni život pruža nam susretanje s novim i različitim informacijama.

Everyday life offers us many encounters with new and different information. There is a tendency for each person to find out the information they want to share with others and therefore most of the interactions are initiated with the aim of transferring information. In the organisation, communication provides new opportunities in business but also solves problems. New jobs require the adoption to new decisions therefore teams tend to form. Employees have the option of entering the teams and contributing to its positive results with their work. The team allows its members to become more productive but also more satisfied with their work. To have a satisfied employee is in the interests of any organization. The goal of every communication is to convey a message that must be successfully transferred otherwise the message has no purpose. Communication has its own process. It consists of a number of factors: the sender (who sends messages), coding (creating a message in the mind of the sender), the message, the channel (the method by which a message is sent), decoding (formatting messages in the mind of the recipient), the recipient (the person receiving the message) , noise (disturbance in the channel), and feedback. The communication process is successful if the message is received unchanged and if the recipient understood the message and send feedback. Considering the codes, communication is divided into: oral, written and nonverbal. Each form is used in the organization depending on its needs. The functions of communication within the organization are: controlling, motivating, emotional expression and informing. They have a positive effect on the work of the organization and therefore also on the work of the team. Most of the functions are executed by a leader of the team that motivates its members to participate and express themselves. People always tend to be in some group, whether it is about survival or only sense of belonging. Throughout life, people are going through many groups trying to find themselves and form their personality. Except that a person leaves an impression on a group, the group also makes an impression on them. It is important to distinguish the group from the team. Unlike the groups aimed only to convey information, a team has a specific goal to which individuals jointly strive to achieve. Factors to create and maintain a successful team are numerous, and one of the most important are: the goal, the establishment, development and results. The team has a lot of different functions which contribute to the development of the organization. They allow the expansion of the company, bigger and faster flow of information, increase communication within and outside the team, and in the end make it easier to make decisions. In communication, as well as in the team there are different roles. The team is divided into: executants, coordinators, initiators, creative persons, researchers, observers - assessors, team workers and finishers. The success of the team depends on their cooperation. Each team has its own characteristics by which it is successful, but there are some well known-such as clear goals and objectives, a successful leader, respect for diversity, open communication, mutual trust and etc. In each team there are positive and negative sides. But no matter how many disadvantages or advantages a team has, it must be aware that everything can change in an instant. Obstacles are damaging team efficiency. It is important to recognize possible barriers on time and adequately overcome them. One of the most known obstacles that a team can encounter is conflict. But if there is a person who has mastered the successful negotiation, every conflict can be resolved. Communication skills within the team are of great importance. It is necessary to continuously work on them and thus increase the effectiveness of each member. Some of the most important skills are listening, non-verbal communication and managing the stress which people face every day. There are many rules on how to create and maintain a successful team. The three of them are singled out: the importance rule, the chain rule and the communication rule. Each rule is of great importance for the successful work and therefore should be followed and applied on a daily basis.
