Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se istraživanjem utjecaja nedostatka koordinacije opskrbnog lanaca automobilske industrije. Koordinacija opskrbnog lanca poboljšava se ako sve faze lanca poduzmu mjere koje su usklađene i povećavaju ukupnu opskrbu. Nedostatak koordinacije javlja se zato što različite faze lanca opskrbe imaju ciljeve koji se sukobljavaju ili zato što su informacije koje se kreću među pojedinim fazama odgođene i iskrivljene. Efekt biča jedan je od glavnih izazova u upravljanju opskrbnim lancem. Ovo je pojava u kojoj male promjene potražnje uzrokuju oscilacije i povećane promjene u količinama zaliha u cijelom lancu opskrbe. Opskrbni lanac automobila vrlo je složen proces koji se sastoji od mnogih procesa koji su kombinirani i zajedno čine lanac opskrbe koji se kreće od kupaca do različitih dobavljača.
Abstract (english)
This article investigates the impact of lack of coordination on the automotive supply chain. Supply chain coordination improves if all stages of the chain take measures that are harmonized and increase the overall supply. Lack of coordination occurs because different phases of the supply chain have conflicting objectives or because information moves between the individual phases delayed and distorted. The whiplash effect is one of the main challenges in supply chain management. This is a phenomenon in which small changes in demand cause swings and larger changes in the quantities of stocks throughout the supply chain. The supply chain for an automobile is a very complex process consisting of many processes combined in a supply chain from customers to different suppliers.
