Abstract
Organizacije se osnivaju kako bi svojim djelovanjem podupirale razvoj društvene zajednice. Zauzimaju vrlo važnu ulogu u društvu, te se osnivaju s različitim ciljevima shodno potrebama društva. Odnosi s javnošću nastali su kao rezultat nastojanja organizacija da efikasno ostvaruju zadane ciljeve. Ovaj menadžerski 'alat' podrazumijeva stvaranje i održavanje odnosa s raznim dionicima interne ili eksterne javnosti organizacije. Suvremeni menadžeri su prepoznali važnost primjenjivanja odnosa s javnošću u poslovanju, te stoga ulažu u usavršavanje ove upravljaĉke djelatnosti. Ključnu ulogu prilikom njegovanja odnosa s internom javnošću ima komunikacija. Menadžer komunikacijom usmjerava, koordinira i razvija suradnju s internom javnošću kako bi se ostvarili ciljevi organizacije. Uspješnost djelovanja organizacije ovisi o kvaliteti interne komunikacije koja se provodi. Učinkovita komunikacija je temelj razvoja organizacije i važan čimbenik za funkcioniranje cijelog organizacijskog sustava.

Organizations are established to support the development of the social community. They play an important role in society and are established with different objectives according to the needs of society. The efforts of the organizations to effectively achieve their goals have resulted in the emergence of public relations. This managerial 'tool' involves the maintenance of relations with various stakeholders of internal or external public of the organization. Modern managers have recognized the importance of applying public relations in business, and, therefore, they invest in improvement of these managerial activities. Communication is the key of successful internal public relations. With communication managers coordinate and develop relations with internal public in order to achieve the objectives of the organization. The success of the organization depends on the quality of internal communication. Effective communication is the basis of development of the organization and an important factor for the functioning of the entire organizational system.
