Abstract
Komunikacija predstavlja razmjenu informacija, osjećaja i ideja koji se prenose među ljudima verbalnim ili neverbalnim sredstvima. Postoji nekoliko vrsta komunikacije a to su: interna i eksterna, silazna, uzlazna, horizontalna i dijagonalna, te formalna i neformalna. Interpersonalna komunikacija predstavlja komunikacijski proces između dviju ili više osoba, a odvija se licem u lice. U svim organizacijama komunikacija je neophodna za međuljudsku interakciju ali i poslovanje, stoga menadžer treba imati glavnu ulogu u razvoju uspješne interpersonalne komunikacije u organizaciji. Kako bi upravljao svim vrstama komunikacije u organizaciji, i pri tome razvijao interpersonalnu, potrebno je kombinirati osobne i naučne upravljačke vještine. Vještine potrebne za uspješnu organizacijsku komunikaciju sa zaposlenicima su dobra verbalna i neverbalna komunikacija, pažljivo slušanje, prepoznavanje i razumijevanje osobnih osjećaja ljudi, te sposobnost kontrole bijesa. Da bi organizacija uspješno djelovala menadžer treba kontrolirati zaposlenike, stimulirati njihov rad, omogućiti im izražavanje osjećaja i donošenje odluka. Veliku ulogu u organizacijskom poslovanju ima odnos menadžera sa šefovima, čiji ključ su povjerenje i uspješna komunikacija. Svrha provedenog istraživanja bila je istraživanje komunikacijskih vještina kao bitnog čimbenika interpersonalne komunikacije i uspješnog poslovanja. Kao cilj posebno se istaknula veza između upravljanja i komuniciranja, te utjecaj koji komunikacijske vještine imaju na stvaranje uspješne interpersonalne komunikacije. Istraživanje je provedeno uz pomoć literature u online bazama i knjižnicama, a korištene metode su analiza i sinteza, induktivno-deduktivna, metoda komparacija, kompilacije i deskripcije. Dokazano je da komunikacijske vještine menadžera utječu na razvoj uspješne interpersonalne komunikacije u organizaciji, te kako to vodi prema uspjehu organizacijskog poslovanja.

Communication represents the exchange of informations, feelings and ideas that are transmitted among humans by verbal or non - verbal mediums. There are several types of communication such as: internal and external, downward, upward, horizontal and diagonal, and formal and informal. Interpersonal communication is a communication process between two or more people, and it takes place face to face. In all organizations, communication is essential for interpersonal interaction and the business, so the manager should have a major role in the development of successful interpersonal communication in the organization. To manage all types of communications in the organization, and thereby develop interpersonal, it is necessary to combine the personal and scientific management skills. The skills required for successful organizational communication with employees are good verbal and nonverbal communication, listening carefully, identifying and understanding personal feelings of the people, and the ability to control anger. In order to organization work successfully, a manager needs to control employees, stimulate their work and allow them to express their feelings and decision - making. A huge role in organizational business has relationship of the managers with the owners, whose key is trust and successful communication. The purpose of this study was to explore communication skills as an essential factor of interpersonal communication and successful business. As a target it is specifically highlighted the connection between management and communication, and the impact that communication skills have to create successful interpersonal communication.. The study was made with the help of literature in online databases and libraries, and the methods used are analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, method comparison, compilation and description. It has been shown that communication skills of managers influence the development of successful interpersonal communication in the organization, and that it leads to the success of organizational operations.
