Abstract
Die Behandlung und Interpretation der Metaphern in den drei Liedern aus der Sammlung „Das geistliche Jahr“ von Annette von Droste-Hülshoff ist die Hauptidee dieser Arbeit. Das Ziel ist, die Metaphern zu interpretieren und zu erklären, um die Einstellungen der Autorin in Bezug auf ihren Glauben zu untersuchen. Der erste Teil erklärt, warum genau diese Lieder ausgewählt wurden. Danach folgt eine Behandlung der Zeit der Entstehung, die einen historischen Hintergrund schafft, die bei der Analyse nützlich ist. Der Hauptteil dieser Arbeit ist die Analyse der Lieder. Die Analyse zeigt, wie erwartet wurde, dass die Metaphern häufig mehrdeutig sind. Überraschend ist aber die Tatsache, dass die Autorin durch die Metapher ihre Beziehung mit Gott und ihren Zweifel an dem Glauben äußert. Diese Abschlussarbeit hat ebenso die Hoffnungen und Ängste der Autorin untersucht. Die Hauptidee dieser Arbeit war sowohl die Aufdeckung der unterschiedlichsten Aspekte der Metapher, die in dem privaten Leben der Autorin in einer engen Beziehung mit der Religion sind, als auch die Analyse der Metaphern in Bezug auf die Gegenwart.
Abstract (croatian)
Obrada i interpretacija metafora u trima pjesmama iz zbirke „Das geistliche Jahr“ Annette von Droste-Hülshoff glavna je ideja ovoga rada. Cilj je interpretirati i objasniti metafore kako bi se istražili autoričini stavovi u odnosu na vjeru. Prvi dio objašnjava zašto su upravo ove pjesme izabrane. Nakon toga slijedi obrada vremena nastanka koja stvara povijesnu pozadinu, a koja je korisna u analizi. Glavni dio ovoga rada je analiza pjesama. Analiza pokazuje, kao što je i očekivano, da su metafore često višeznačne. Međutim, iznenađuje činjenica da autorica kroz metafore izražava svoj odnos s Bogom i vjersku sumnju. Ovaj završni rad je razmotrio i autoričine nade i strahove. Glavna ideja ovoga rada je kako otkrivanje najrazličitijih aspekata metafora, koji su u autoričinom životu usko povezani s religijom tako i analiza metafora u odnosu na sadašnjost.
Abstract (english)
The analysis and the interpretation of the metaphors in the three poems from the collection “Das geistliche Jahr” by Annette von Droste-Hülshoff is the main idea of this paper. The aim is to interpret and explain the metaphors in order to study the author's attitudes regarding her faith. The first part explains why exactly these poems were chosen. Accordingly, there is the analysis of the period of origin that establishes a historical background that is considered to be useful for the analysis. The main part of this paper is the analysis of the poems. The analysis showed, as expected, that metaphors are often ambiguous. Unexpected is the fact that the author expresses attitudes about her relationship with God and her doubts about the faith by using metaphors. This thesis studies the author's hopes and the fears as well. The main idea of this final paper was the investigation of the various aspects of metaphors that are in the author's private life closed connected with the religion, as well as the analysis of the metaphors with regard to the present time.
