Abstract
Društveno odgovorno ponašanje ima sve veći značaj u današnjem poslovanju brojnih organizacija. Korporacije diljem svijeta primjenjuju ovakvo ponašanje u svom poslovanju, no postoje neke koje se tek spremaju za integriranje DOP-a u vlastito poslovanje. Predmet ovog istraživanja je utvrditi kolika je uloga menadžmenta ljudskih resursa u afirmaciji društveno odgovornog poslovanja među zaposlenicima i na koji način oni mogu pomoći njegovoj boljoj integraciji. Poseban naglasak se stavlja na to na koje točno dijelove u afirmaciji ovakvog poslovanja menadžeri ljudskih resursa mogu najviše utjecati, kako mogu pomoći u prilagodbi novonastalim promjenama u organizaciji i kako uspješno provoditi ovakvo poslovanje. Proučava se i naĉin na koji se zaposlenici mogu motivirati da primjene ovakvo poslovanje i kako ih kvalitetno nagraditi za isto. Veliku važnost igra svijest zaposlenika da djeluju za dobrobit organizacije, zajednice pa i samih sebe. Ključno je da se zaposlenici osjete korisnim i da svojim djelovanjem doprinose poslovanju. U ovom istraživanju korišteni su znanstveni i stručni članci, internetski izvori te knjige, za definiranje rezultata korištene su metode sinteze i analize, metode kompilacije, komparacije i deskripcije. Konaĉno društveno odgovorno poslovanje i menadžment ljudskih resursa blisko su povezani i imaju zajedničke interese kao što su individualni i organizacijski rast, a isto tako dijele i zajedničku brigu o odgovornim radnim praksama.

Corporate Social Responsibility has increasing importance in today's business operations of many organizations. Corporations around the world implemented this behaviour in their own business, but there are some that are still preparing for the integration of CSR into their business. The subject oft his research is to determine how big is the role of human resource management in the affirmation of corporate social responsibility among employees and how they can help its better integration. The special emphasise is put on which exact parts of the affirmation of this kind of business human resource management can affect mostly, how they can help with adapting the change in the organization and how they can carry out this kind of operation succesfully. It also studies the way in which employees can be motivated to apply this kind of business and how to reward them properly for that. Awareness of employees that work for the benefit of organizations, communities and themselves is of great importance. It is crucial that employees feel useful and that their actions contribute to the business. In this study were used scientific and professional articles, Internet resources and books, and to define the results were used methods of synthesis and analysis, methods of compilation, comparison and description. Finally, corporate social responsibility and human resource management are closely related and share common interests such as individual and organizational growth, but also share a common concern about responsible labor practice.
