Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je istražiti i ustanoviti kojim načinima učitelji i studenti učiteljskog studija daju prednost pri uvođenju inovacija u nastavu. U ovom istraživanju inovacije su se nastojale primijeniti u okviru prirodoslovnih sadržaja u nastavi Prirode i društva. Uzorak je sadržavao 109 sudionika; 48 studenata koji studiraju na Odjelu za izobrazbu učitelja na Sveučilištu u Zadru, 21 student Učiteljskog studija u Zagrebu, 20 učitelja u Zadru te 20 učitelja u Šibeniku. Istraživanje je pokazalo da i učitelji i studenti najveću važnost pridaju timskom radu pri uvođenju inovacija, kao i osobnoj motivaciji za uvođenje inovacija u nastavi prirodoslovlja.

Parallel abstract (English)
The main objective of this thesis was to investigate and establish the ways in which teachers and students of teacher studies favor the introduction of innovation in education. In this research, we have tried to apply innovation in the context of natural content in teaching Nature and Society. The sample containing 109 participants; 48 students that studying at the Department of teachers training at the University of Zadar, 21 students that studying of the Teachers Studies in Zagreb, 20 teachers in Zadar and 20 teachers in Šibenik. Research has shown that teachers and students attached most importance to teamwork in terms of innovation, as well as personal motivation for innovation in teaching natural science.
