Abstract Diplomski rad problematizira o ulozi odgojitelja u organizaciji i provedbi projektnog oblika rada u vrtiću. U uvodnom dijelu se govori općenito o projektu, njegovom značenju, etapama rada, načelima i koja je uloga odgojiteljica u provedbi istog. Radi se i o ulozi djece u projektno obliku rada i stvaranja suradničkih odnosa među samim odgojiteljicama, suradnja s djecom kao i suradnja s roditeljima koji su od velike važnosti za pravilno usmjeravanje i praćenje razvoja djeteta. Prezentirat će se različiti pristup na radu s projektima prema autoricama Katz i Chard i s Reggio konceptom rada na projektu. Opisane su etape i načela rada na projektu. Koje se sve aktivnosti mogu provoditi u radu s djecom. Od velike je važnosti dokumentiranje samog procesa nastajanja projekta kroz različite oblike i načine koji će služiti da se može podsjetiti na sam početak, realizaciju, aktivnosti, zbivanja, napredak tijekom samog razvoja projekta. Za uspješnu realizaciju projektnog rada jako su važni suradnički odnosi i kako uz suradnju doći do uspjeha. Upoznat će se vrijednosti rada na projektu, od koga najčešće potječu i tko sve u njima sudjeluje, koliko se vremenski s djecom radi na projektnom obliku rada. Po mišljenju ispitanika vidjet će se s kojom je dobnom skupinom najbolje raditi projektni oblik rada, iz kojeg područja se najviše rade projektni (promet, ekologija, zdravlje, građanski odgoj, ekologija). Kroz rad na projektu prostor dječjeg vrtića potiče susrete, komunikaciju među djecom kao i komunikaciju s odgojiteljima drugih odgojnih skupina, djeca aktivno sudjeluju u oblikovanju života vrtićke zajednice, prostor treba estetski biti osmišljen i uređen kako bi djecu već sam prostor poticao na istraživanje. U empirijskom istraživanju došlo se do zaključka da veliki broj odgojiteljica kroz cijelu godinu provode u svom radu projektni oblik rada, koji najčešće potječe od interesa djece te smatraju da je najbolje raditi s djecom u dobi od 5 do 6 godine života. Opisano je koliko su djeci zanimljivi projektni oblici rada u vrtiću i tko ili što najčešće pomaže odgojiteljicama u provedbi projektnog rada i za kraj će se vidjeti što s projektnim oblikom rada dobivaju djeca a što odgojiteljice.
Abstract (english) Graduate thesis questions the role of educators in the organization and implementation of the project quality of work in kindergarten. The introductory section discusses in general terms the project, its meaning, the stages of the work, the principles and what the role of educators is in the implementation of the project. It is also about the role of children in the project form of work and creating collaborative relationships among the educators themselves, cooperation with children as well as cooperation with parents, which are of great importance for the proper direction and monitoring of the child's development. Different approaches to work with projects will be presented according to the authors Katz and Chard and with the Reggio concept of project work. The stages and principles of work on the project are described. What are all the activities that can be done when working with children? It is of great importance to document the very process of project creation through various forms and ways that will serve to be reminded of the very beginning, realization, activities, events, progressed during the project development. Collaborative relationships and how to achieve success with collaboration are very important for the successful realization of project work. They will get acquainted with the values of working on a project, who they most often come from and who is involved in them, how much time they spend working with children on the project work form. In the opinion of the respondents, it will be seen with which age group the project form of work is best to work with, from which areas the project (transport, ecology, health, civic education, ecology) is most worked. Through work on the project, the kindergarten space encourages meetings, communication among children as well as communication with educators of other educational groups, children actively participate in shaping the life of the kindergarten community, the space should be aesthetically designed and arranged in order to encourage children to explore the space itself. An empirical study concludes that a large number of educators carry out a project-based work format throughout the year, which most often originates in the interests of children and considers it best to work with children between the ages of 5 and 6 years. It describes how interesting the project forms of work in kindergarten are to the children and who or what usually helps the educators in the implementation of the project work, and in the end it will be seen what the project form of work the children get and what the educators get.
