Corporations environment is divided into internal and external environment. Environmental analysis uses the identification of internal and external factors that have a direct or indirect impact on the corporation. The internal environment is the environment within the corporation itself. Analysis of the external environment of the corporation is crucial for successful business operations and business strategy planning, but without conducting internal analysis, that is, explaining the functioning of internal elements of the corporation, planning and implementation of the business strategy will not be complete, that is, all significant elements of the corporations environment will not be involved in environmental analysis. Functional analysis, resource analysis and value chain analysis are often carried out in order to create a corporations profile or analyze its internal environment. This paper will analyze the internal environment of the corporation on the example of the oil company INA d.d. The research results will be presented individually under the functional analysis, resource analysis and value chain analysis of INA d.d.
