Abstract
Sport je postao način života, utječe na ponašanje i način života sve većeg broja ljudi. Promjene kroz koje prolazi, mijenjajući se od svakodnevne razbibrige do globalnog fenomena i izvora ogromnih financijskih sredstava, bitno utječu na promjene u sociološkim, društvenim i antropološkim aspektima ljudskog ponašanja. Komunikacija s internim i eksternim javnostima u sportskim organizacijama uključuje komunikaciju sa zaposlenicima, kupcima, članovima klubova, medijima, sponzorima, donatorima, itd. Uspješna komunikacija podrazumijeva uvažavanje potreba stranke s kojom se stupa u poslovanje, prikazivanje potencijalnih koristi ili dodatnih financijskih sredstava. Mjerenje uspješnosti aktivnosti provedenih u odjelu odnosa s javnošću potrebno je kako bi se utvrdila poželjna razina uspješnosti poslovanja. Riječ je o sve važnijim aktivnostima pojedinih organizacija koje ozbiljno shvaćaju svoju ulogu i zadaću na tržištu.

Sport has become a way of life, it affects behavior and way of living of an increasing number of people. The changes that sport and sport industry go through, changing from a daily pastime to a global phenomenon and a source of enormous financial resources, significantly influence the changes in the social, psychological and anthropological aspects of human behavior. Communication with internal and external audiences in sports organizations includes communication with employees, customers, team members, media, sponsors, donors, etc. Successful communication revolves around the necessity to respect customers needs, showing the potential benefits or additional funds. Measuring the success of activities carried out in the department of public relations is necessary to determine the desirable level of business success. It is an increasingly important set of actions for those organizations which take their role and mission on the market seriously.
