Abstract
U ovom radu će se prikazati važnost planiranja za cjelokupnu organizaciju, posebice operativnog dijela planiranja. Operativni planovi su fleksibilni i mogu se usuglašavati s tekućim promjenama i upravo je to ono što se u radu među ostalim želi istaknuti. Stoga, kada se poslovanje odvija bitno drugačije od plana, odnosno kada izostanu neki važni planirani prihodi ili značajno narastu neki rashodi, menadžer će nastojati povećati neke druge prihode ili smanjiti neke druge rashode. Kod većih razlika može se s novim odlukama i procjenama usuglasiti i plan. Unutar samog rada istražuje se operativno planiranje i njegova povezanost sa strateškim i taktičkim planom, također se čitatelja upoznaje i s glavnim instrumentima operativnog planiranja. Definiraju se ciljevi i svrha operativnog planiranja te se posebno opisuju aktivnosti istog. U radu se nadalje na primjeru jednog poduzeća daje prikaz budžetiranja, kako bi se na primjeru malog poduzeća moglo ustvrditi na koji način operativno planiranje djeluje unutar poduzeća i koji su to ključni podaci potrebni u izradi istog.

Parallel abstract (English)
This paper will show the importance of planning for the entire organization, especially operational planning. Operational plans are flexible and can be co-ordinated with the current changes and that is exactly what is highlighted in this work. Therefore, when the business goes very differently than planned, when some important planned revenues are missing or some expenses significantly grow, the manager will seek to increase other revenues or reduce other expenses. With larger differences, plan can be accorded with the decisions and assessments. Within the work, operational planning and its connection with strategic and tactical plan, are being explored. It also introduces the reader to the main instruments and operational planning. It defines the aims and objectives of operational planning, particularly decribing its activities. Furthermore, the paper uses the example of small company budgeting to show how operational planning works within the company and what are the key data required in its elaboration.
