Abstract
Brodovi su opremljeni sustavom za inertiranje tankova tereta zbog obveze održavanja inertne atmosfere u tankovima, da se eliminira opasnost od neželjenih kemijskih reakcija kao što su požar i eksplozija. U radu su opisani elementi sustava za inertiranje tankova tereta i način rukovanja sustavom inertnog plina na brodovima za prijevoz tekućih tereta.
Abstract (english)
The vessels are equipped with a system for inerting cargo tanks to maintain an inerth atmosphere in the tanks to reduce a risk of unwanted chemical reactions such as fire and explosion. In this thesis the elements of inert gas system and handling of the inert gas system are described.
