Abstract
Cilj rada je saznati koliko su roditelji zadovoljni participacijom pomoćnika u redovnoj nastavi te koji su razlozi zadovoljstva ili nezadovoljstva, što smatraju pozitivnim kod uvođenja pomoćnika u nastavu, a što bi promijenili. Razmatra se koje se prepreke javljaju u radu, što dovodi do njih te na koje se načine iste može riješiti i postići zadovoljavajući uspjeh. U uvodu se upoznajemo s teorijskim dijelom provedenog istraživanja. Metodom anketnog upitnika vidljiva su promišljanja roditelja o pomoćnicima u nastavi, njihova iskustva i očekivanja. Iz provedenog intervjua otkrit će se iskustvo pomoćnice u nastavi, njeno gledište na postojeću situaciju. U zaključku sveukupnog rada saznajemo koji su rezultati dobiveni istraživanjem i jesu li opravdani. Rezultatima anketnog upitnika opravdan je teorijski dio koji govori kako najveći problem predstavlja loša komunikacija odgovornih osoba koje sudjeluju u inkluzivnom obrazovanju što dovodi do loše suradnje, ali i učestale izmjene pomoćnika u nastavi koje djeluju na djecu s teškoćama. Intervjuom će se pokušati razjasniti što je dovelo do napretka djeteta s teškoćama te će se zapravo vidjeti pozitivni učinci uspješne suradnje i zdravih odnosa koji doprinose napretku djece s teškoćama. Veliki je broj čimbenika koji utječu na uspješno izvršavanje zadaće. Međutim, kvalitetna komunikacija dovodi do uspješne suradnje i partnerskih odnosa, odnosno do očekivanih i značajnih rezultata.

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this paper is to discover the level of parental statisfaction with the involment of teaching assistants in regular classes, i. e. what they find positive and what negative in the introduction of teaching assistants. The obstacles discovered in their work are discussed-their cause and ultimately sucessuful resolutions. Introductory part of the paper serves to present the theoretical approach of the counducted research. Methodology of surveys and questionaries was used as to show opinions af parents regarding teaching assistants, their experiences and expectations. The interview with a teaching assistant will present her attitudes and experience with the said job. In the conclusions we analyize the final resulsts and see weather they are justified. Results of the survey justify the theoretical hypothesis that places faulty communication among the people participating in inclusive teaching as the main issue leading to bad cooperation as well as common exchange of teaching assistants affecting disabled children. Interview will show what led to the progress of a disabled child and how a healthy relationship leads to positive effects. There is a number of reasons affecting successuful task acomplishment. However, communication is the key to successuful cooperation and partnership i.e. having the expected results.
