Abstract
U ovom radu središnja tema su tri Držićeva dramska djela: Novela od Stanca, Dundo Maroje te Skup. U njima se istražuju i opisuju prisutni stvarnosni aspekti iz kojih se u određenoj mjeri može iščitati kako je izgledala dubrovačka zajednica te sam Dubrovnik u šesnaestom stoljeću. Pri tome se naglasak stavlja na međuljudske te staleške odnose kojima pripadaju odnosi mladih i starih, sinova i očeva te slugu i gospodara. Jednako tako pažnja je usmjerena i na mjesto te vrijeme izvedbe drame kao i na vrijeme njene dramske radnje. Unatoč svim prisutnim stvarnosnim aspektima, kroz cijeli rad naglašava se da umjetnikova stvarnost, unatoč svojoj mimetičnosti, uvijek pripada sferi imaginarnog. U zaključku rada iznesen je stav da je potrebno prihvatiti činjenicu da se Držić zaista poslužio elementima iz stvarnog svijeta, ali u svrhu izgradnje vlastitog, novog i originalnog.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the main focus is on the three drama works of Držić: Novela od Stanca, Dundo Maroje and Skup. They investigate and describe present realistic aspects from which one can get an insight in the community in Dubrovnik in the 16th century. The emphasis is put on relationships between people and also between different classes, for example between young and old people, fathers and sons or servants and their masters. The focus is also on the time when the drama takes place and on the place where the drama occurs. In spite of all present realistic aspects, thhrough the whole work it can be noticed that the artist's reality, despite its mimetic , is always in the sphere of imagination. In the conclusion of the paper it is carried out that it is important to embrace the fact that Držić uses elements from the real world but in order to build his own, new and original one.
