Abstract
U ovom radu obradit će se problem optimiranja elektromotorne pumpe rashladnog medija kao djela brodskog energetskog sustava, s ciljem postizanja najboljih radnih uvjeta odnosno postizanja što većeg stupnja iskoristivosti elektromotorne pumpe. U prvom djelu rada će se obraditi uvod u rashladni sustav brodskih motora u kojem će biti opisana generalna uloga rashladnog sustava te: raspored, dijelovi sustava i njihova uloga. Sukladno tome bit će razmotrene i toplinske prilike unutar rashladnog sustava brodskih motora kao dijela energetskog sustava. U drugom djelu rada će se prezentirati teoretska znanja s više znanstvenih područja kao što su: mehanika fluida, termodinamika i elektrotehnika. Teoretska znanja bit će potkrijepljena formulama te empirijski dobivenim tablicama i dijagramima. Pri daljnjoj obradi razmotrit će se ilustracijski primjer sustava elektromotornih pumpi u svrhu objedinjavanja prethodno nabrojanih aspekata s ciljem da se dobije uvid u pojedini parametar u radu i njegov utjecaj na ostatak sustava. Ilustracijski primjer će biti potkrijepljen dobivenim dijagramima za svaki dio sustava.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with a problem of coolant electric motor pump optimization as a part of ships energetic system, with the aim of achieving the best working conditions and maximum electric motor pump efficiency. In the first part, an introduction to the ship's engine cooling system will be described, describing the general role of the cooling system, layout, system parts and their role. Accordingly, the thermal conditions within the cooling system of the marine engines will be analyzed as part of the energetic system. In the second part, the theoretical knowledge from a few scientific fields such as fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and electrical engineering will be presented. Theoretical knowledge will be corroborated by formulas and empirically generated tables and diagrams. In further analysis, an illustrative example of an electromotor pump system will be considered for the purpose of combining the above-mentioned aspects with the aim of gaining insight into certain parameters during operation and its impact on the rest of the system. The illustrative example will be corroborated by the diagrams obtained for each part of the system.
