Abstract Igra kao cjelodnevna aktivnost predškolskog djeteta predstavlja središnji proces učenja i otkrivanja svijeta od njegova rođenja pa do polaska u odgojno-obrazovnu ustanovu gdje se dijete susreće s novom okolinom, vršnjacima kao i odraslim osobama, tj.odgajateljima čija je zadaća usmjeravanje i poticanje djetetova pravilnog rasta i razvoja. Za pravilnu organizaciju igre djeteta, važno je organizirati poticajnu okolinu s prirodnim materijalima te mu omogućiti samostalno istraživanje i učenje, no isto tako uvijek biti na raspolaganju za svaku nedoumicu s kojom se susretne tijekom igre. Upravo zbog toga, bitna je samostalnost djeteta, koje kao aktivno i znatiželjno biće želi učiti, a kroz igru je to izrazito lakši i zanimljiviji put. Nadalje, važno je istaknuti da sama igra, budući da je postala relevantno područje istraživanja brojnih znanstvenika, veoma utječe na cjelokupni razvoj djeteta te mu pruža osjećaj samopuzdanja i sigurnosti. Tematika ovog rada kao i cilj samog istraživanja usmjereni su prema iskustvima i mišljenjima roditelja o radu triju različitih tipova dječjih igraonica u Zadru. Nadalje, nastojalo se istražiti i utvrditi mišljenja roditelja o radu svake igraonice, zatim njihovo zadovoljstvo primljenim uslugama, organizacijom rada, prostorom i pravilima igraonice kao i samim osobljem koje djeluje u tim igraonicama. Sukladno cilju i zadacima istraživanja provedeno je kvalitativno istraživanje, a kao instrument istraživanja korišten je polustrukturirani intervju s 9 sugovornica. Nakon provedenih intervjua, izvršena je interpretacija podataka dobivenih metodom intervjuiranja. Došlo se do rezultata istraživanja koji pokazuju kako su roditelji uglavnom zadovoljni, međutim smatraju da bi se trebali promijeniti prostor i pravila igraonice, naročito u igraonicama koje djeluju u sklopu trgovačkih centara, dok za igraonice „čuvalice“ i igraonice koje služe za proslave dječjih rođendana, kao kritiku navode cijenu korištenja usluga tijekom proslava. Većinom su sve sugovornice su zadovoljne osobljem igraonica te smatraju da je sigurnost djece osigurana. Mišljenja roditelja se većinom podudaraju u svim područjima istraživanja.
Abstract (english) Play as daily activity of a preschool child represents the central process of learning and discovering the world from its birth to the educational institution where the child meets the new environment, as well as adults whose task is directing and encouraging the child's proper growth and development. When we discuss about child's play, it important to arranged a stimulating environment with natural materials (plastics, wood, rubber). It's necessary that educator let child to discover free and independent the world, but he needs to be always at his disposal for any doubts he has encountered during the play. Therefore, the child's independence is important because during the play he learns in extremly light and interesting way. Furthermore, it's important to accent that child's play has become relevant in research of numerous scientists who think that play has greatly influences at total child's growth and development, and gives him a sense of self-confidence and security. In accordance with the aim and tasks of the research, the qualitative research was conducted, and for the research instrument, the semi-structured interview with 9 interlocutors was chosen. After the interviews were conducted, the interpretation of obtaindes informations was performed by method of interview. There have been research findings showing that parents are mostly satisfied. However they consider that the playroom's space and the rules about functioning, especially in the playrooms at the malls should be modifiy to the child's age. However, the critic about functioning of children's playrooms which organize birthdays and playrooms which serve for children's play similar to kindergarten is that the price should be lower, and that sometimes it can be really expensive. Most of interlocutors are satisfied with the staff at playrooms and they consider that the safety of children is ensured. Therefore, the parent's opinions are mostly consistents in all areas of research.
