Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema automatske regulacije generatora pare. Automatska regulacija je bitna funkcija u radu generatora pare jer se preko automatske regulacije osigurava funkcionalan i siguran pogon. U radu su prikazani i opisani sustavi automatske regulacije generatora pare kroz funkcionalne dijagrame koristeći samo osnovne principe i pojmove koje je potrebno poznavati da bi se dobio osnovni uvid u funkcije automatske regulacije generatora pare. Glavna odlika sustava automatske regulacije je regulacijska petlja ili zatvoreni krug čiji je glavni element regulator ili regulacijski uređaj. U radu je prikazana automatska regulacija četiri osnovna regulacijska sustava generatora pare: regulacija tlaka u ložištu, regulacija napojne vode, regulacija goriva i zraka te regulacija temperature pregrijavanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with boiler control systems which are important for the functional and secure operation of boilers. In this paper, the boiler control systems are shown and described through functional diagrams using only basic principles and terms which are necessary to be known in order to get basic insight into functions of the boiler control system. The main feature of the boiler control system is a control loop or closed circle which main element is regulator or regulation device. In this paper, the control system of four basic boiler control systems is presented: furnace pressure control, feedwater control, fuel and air control and steam temperature control.
