Abstract
Ovaj rad ukazat će na činjenicu da je pojava interneta uvelike promijenila način istraživanja tržišta, oblik prodaje dobara i traženja korisnih informacija. Opisat će se nastanak kupovine putem interneta, razvoj web-trgovina, te navesti prednosti i nedostatke ovakve vrste kupovine. Njihov razvoj omogućio je profitabilnije poslovanje, najviše zbog uštede novca i raznih mogućnosti marketinga i približavanja kupcu. Uočit će se da je glavna prednost jednostavnost kupovine i stalno radno vrijeme. Također, prikazat će se i nepovjerenje kupaca prema online plaćanju te navesti najčešće metode plaćanja koje web trgovci nude. Bitno poglavlje predstavlja opis web-trgovina u RH te njihov potencijal i razvoj. Trend porasta kupovine putem web-trgovina prate i kupci iz Republike Hrvatske, najviše zbog njenih mnogih prednosti. Unatoč tome, građani RH su i dalje nedovoljno informirani, a Vlada to pokušava ispraviti uvođenjem raznih mjera za poticanje razvoja web-trgovina.

This paper will highlight the fact the emergence of the internet greatly changed the way of market research, the sale of goods and the search of useful information. It will describe a development of buying by Internet, web-store development, and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of this type of purchase. Their development has enabled profitable operations, mostly to save money and a variety of possibilities for marketing and approaching the customer. It will be appreciated that the main advantage is ease of buying and continuous working hours. Also, it will show distrust of customers to online payment and indicate the most common payment methods that web-merchants offer. The important chapter presents a description of web-stores in Croatia and their potential and development. The upward trend in purchases via the web-store also follow customers from the Croatia, mostly because of its many advantages. Nevertheless, citizens of the Republic of Croatia are still insufficiently informed, and the government is trying to correct the introduction of various measures to encourage the development of web-commerce.
