Abstract
Financijske krize su poremećaji na financijskim tržištima, a karakteristike kojima se opisuju su oštar pad cijena imovine, te neuspjeh mnogih financijskih i nefinancijskih tvrtki. Dionice su vrijednosnice koje se najčešće spominju u burzovnim izvješćima. Najveći burzovni pad bio je 1929. godine koji je obilježio Veliku depresiju. Cijene dionica padaju, te su do 1930-te godine obilježile pad od 90%. Sličan pad desio se i 1987. godine kada je burzovni indeks u jednom danu pao za više od 22%. Cijene dionica za vrijeme DOT-COm krize izgubile su oko 40% svoje vrijednosti.U rujnu 2008. dolazi do pada vrijednosti na burzama diljem svijeta, izgubljeno je povjerenje u kreditnu sposobnost partnera, dolazi do pada cijena vrijednosnica, a kamatne stope dosežu najviše razine u posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća.

Financial crises are disorders of financial markets, and the characteristics that describe the sharp fall in asset prices, and the failure of many financial and non-financial companies. Shares are securities that are most frequently mentioned in the stock exchange reports. The biggest stock market drop was in 1929 that marked the Great Depression. Stock prices are falling, and by the 1930s was marked by a decline of 90%. A similar decline occurred in the 1987 when the stock index in a day fell by more than 22%. Stock prices during the DOT-COM crisis have lost about 40% of its value. In September 2008, drop occurs value on the stock markets around the world, confidence in the creditworthiness of partners was lost, drop occurs the price of securities, and interest rates reach the highest levels in decades.
